      My son is a quadriplegic and a employee from Travis now National mobility my son needs his wheelchair to go to his urologist to have his catheter changed once a month and his old wheelchair is like 10 years old a new one was implemented but was not right one for his needs. Therapist Eddie was working on his case. New wheelchair was picked up to make adjustments & brought back and it didn’t work for Gabriel needs so chair was picked up and I tried making contact with Eddie as to where are we with the new wheelchair and he never responded. He started on my son’s new wheelchair since April of 21. Now we are to start all over again because Eddie let forms expire. This gentleman just didn’t do his job after complaining Eddie is still with the company. Unacceptable. We been waiting since 2020 but because of Covid 19 they weren’t working on my son’s wheelchair. Now we are going to start back to square one. I need results and the situation be ratified.

      I got my wheelchair through National Seating and Mobility about a year and a half ago.I have called and sent written messages on their contact page several times. They never get back to me.At this point the chair is in need of repairs and I still haven't heard back from anyone.Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

      I qualified for a power chair from National Seating and Mobility over a year ago and I still haven't received it. An agent with the company told me that it has been marked as picked up by me. They obviously charged my insurance and now I can't even get anyone on the phone. This is so frustrating.

      If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE company to deal with & we are forced to because they are literally the only ones around that do wheelchair repairs. Waiting 3 months now to get a manual chair fixed that is 100% out of commission. Took it in after 2.5months of waiting bay to be told that the back couldn’t be fixed so they did everything else except the most important part. Again leaving us with a non working chair & no idea when it will be fixed. Can’t figure out where parts are, takes months to even get parts(good luck getting it right the first time) yet I can order the same exact parts from places like ****** & get them in a week. They treat everyone like crap & don’t give a care in the world that they leave disabled clients with no way to ambulate. We are now close to a hospital stay for IV antibiotics because he had a sore on his spine from his backup chair that doesn’t fit him & they refuse to provide an adequate loaner. If you have ANY other options for chair repairs, go there & steer clear of this company!!!!

      You don't get call back. They lie and tell you they have sent paperwork to insurance company. The financial processing manager Lisa is very rude. And tells you too lie to your doctors and insurance company that she's working on it. You have too be afraid to call or you may not even get your power wheelchair. How are they able to do this I have given up I'll be deceased by the time they call or even do the paperwork or even respond to the insurance company. They don't care for the disabled. It's not them or there family. Sad part is writing reviews or calling corporate office means nothing. Absolutely nothing not even you receiving the power wheelchair. So with that being said Stay away from this company by any means. Peace and Blessings to all.

      I bought a stair lift from this company due to my 13 year old becoming recently paralyzed. At first they were great, came right out and measured. Upon installation there was a clearance issue which needed a small wall removed. New wall and 500 dollars later, wall complete and the boy had a chair to get in and out of house. Week later The lift dies. They came out days later and replaced battery. Maybe a week later I noticed a smell coming out of unit and unplugged it. Days later they came out and noticed circuit board was melted. Ordered new circuit board and came out and replaced it. Two days later……. Lift dead, smell coming from unit and humming noise. I unplugged it but was still receiving power from new battery. Called twenty times to get someone to answer. I expressed how I wasn’t comfortable with this unit anymore and it’s currently melting in house from battery. They said they’d get a technician out to disconnect it and promised contact by end of the day. Nothing, no contact, no technician. Left messages there as well as corporate, zero contact. So, days later, still staring at an inoperable 5900 unit. Just a 42 year old combat veteran with back problems carrying his 13 year old son up and down the stairs.

      This is the best mobility company I’ve ever been with I wanna say a special thanks to Nicole and all the ladies in the office and all the guys in the back that work on the chairs you guys are awesome. I want the world to know that you guys are the best mobility company in the United States, thank you for all your help. You guys never let me down and I want to send business your way. Thank you so much.

      This is pretty much the worst of the mobility companies out there. Horrible customer service. Horrible response time. No care for client or their well-being.
      It took from April 2022 to late Jan. 2023 to FINALLY resolve my issue.
      They do not in any way support their customers, not ones paying cash, or ones paying full tilt thru **** **** insurance and certainly NOT anyone on medicare or medicaid.
      Seems like a mobbed up business bleeding the system of cash while ruining peoples lives. I am privileged to have been able to pay out of pocket for a new wheelchair while my daughters was repaired and repaired. This is not the case with most wheelchair users!!
      I am lucky enough to have good health coverage thru my employer, they charge and charge and overcharge to get those claims in.
      A 2 year old wheelchair repaired and repaired by them costing my insurance more than the cost of the new chair.
