    Three house windows were purchased on 6/16/2022 for $2288.90. Three windows were delivered to our home the morning of 8/17/2022. The windows were left on the side of our home as we were not available to receive or inspect them and no signatures were required. Upon inspecting the windows later that day, damage was found to all three windows along with pieces missing and Every Window LLC was notified that same evening. After no response to my emails and voice messages, I requested to be refunded on 8/22/2022 at which point they called me and emailed me requesting more pictures of the damaged windows. I sent updated pictures on 8/26/2022. After no response from Every Window LLC and multiple in answered phone calls, I emailed them again asking for information on what was being done on 8/31/2022 and again on 9/1/2022. They responded that evening saying they were working with the supply center and would have more information for me the following day. I have not heard from them since 9/1/2022. Additional attempts have been made to call their business, which they do not answer, and nothing has been done to remedy the situation from their side up to this point. I emailed them again today, 9/8/2022, and demanded to be refunded for the full amount and awaiting a reply. It is becoming clear that Every Window LLC does not intend to correct the situation and has left me with very few options outside of third party involvement from the BBB. Thank you ****** ******

    We ordered custom windows May 2022. They keep changing delivery dates. They refuse to refund our money. The windows to date have not been delivered. This has caused a halt to the completion of our customer's remodeling project that we are contracted to complete.

    My order processed 6/20/22 for $6,300.97 with this company and I called multiple times before ordering and asked if they were sure their lead time was 6-8 weeks and they said yes that was what they were averaging and they could have my windows for my within 8 weeks so I spent almost $3k more on windows to order from them because of the time frame they promised me. Now today we are SIX weeks in and I'm expecting to have my windows soon and they email me that my load date is 9/15 and that after that it takes 5-7 days to get to the supply center and THEN they can ship to me. That's 7-8 MORE weeks from now before I can even possibly have my windows. I want a full refund so I can order from a HONEST company and get what I paid for and what this company promised me I'd have! DO NOT TRUST THEM. I have a new construction home I will now be held up on again because of this. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. ZERO STARS!
