    I ordered my windows on 12 Nov 2022. It has been 3.5 months. The last update was on 19 Jan 23 which said the should be done at the end of the month and shipped the first 2 wks in Feb. I have not heard anything since. There is never any answer on the customer service number and no call backs.

    I have bought many custom replacement windows and from several manufacturers with design yourself services. The experience with Every Window was as expected at first but they consistantly communicated updates to me from the design through delivery. Windows were delivered right on time as specified and are beautiful in a historic home. Outstanding service, great craftmanship and white glove treatment through delivery. One of the best custom window experiences I have had and no suprises. Unusual today this company delivers what it promises.

    I ordered my windows in March and of course they were quick to bill me, but it is now mid July and I still have not received my windows. I ask for updates and they either give me the runaround or ignore my requests. Their website is very misleading because nothing on there says that you will be waiting 4 months+ for your windows. It's ridiculous at this point. This will be my first and last time ever ordering from these people.
