      The business has had the 2005 Escalade since 9/14/24. It is now 12/19/24 and I have not received a completed vehicle. I was given an estimate late 9/24 - see pic of text and paid half an asked via Venmo - have receipt. Was told on 10/1/24 car was complete to send money as she would be out sick with her daughter and could get truck next day. See text pic. I paid 10/1/24 the remainder via Venmo and since that date they have had several excuses as to why the truck is not ready - sickness, old vehicle parts take lo longer, water leak at home- have text. They took the remainder under false pretense. I have went there to check a couple times and told still working on it. Went on 11/15/24 and saw the truck and again updated on what had not been finished. I went to pick up truck 11/27/24 several text sent but told by the father not drivable they would get right on it 12/2/24. Waited two more weeks and followed up 12/16/24. Latest today 12/17/24 after two text as they wont answer the phone - appears my number is blocked - says the instrument cluster fuel guage is still not working and the third brake light that was already supposed to be received is broke and they cant get their money back and have to reorder. No timeframe for repair. Im contacting them 12/19/24 to pick up the car and ask again for refund for things not fixed that I have paid for 2 1/2 months ago. I dont trust the process or that car will be fixed nor get a refund for whats not repaired. She responds discounts given and other repairs given free. Basically wait as its and old truck. I have not see an invoice or talked about other repairs. That should not have took my money If the truck was not fixed. Enough is enough after 3 months of excuses. I need help. I have more pics of conversation if needed I can provide. Thanks

      Went to pick up car.  Was given a recent for a few items I did not ask for ( front brakes and battery).  Was told the rotors were bad in estimate when pick up car was told rotors not needed.  Was told in text master cylinder was replaced was not listed on receipt.  I took care of to another place to have it checked.  Was told calipers that I was charged for but told replaced for free were not replaced.  The rear main seal was not fixed it is still leaking. The master cylinder that was told was fixed is not fixed. Rotors need replacing- was told I estimate but when picked up said it wasnt necessary. Brake line was to be repaired/replaced. This was not done. Fuel pump said to replace for free so. Or have part.  Much fraud and deceptive practices.  New estimates for repair are over *******.  This place need to be shut down.

      Our mechanic, *** Fritz, always worked on my husbands **** ****** D21 pick up truck, I had stated that we were having issues with the transmission and needed to do something. He (***) stated that he could get a rebuilt transmission to go in it, for approx $900. And that he would charge $400 to put it in and would take 1 or 2 days. We agreed, and we took him $900. In cash to get the transmission. This was sometime in October of 2022, we went back and forth with the truck as I have days when I have issues from Psoriatic arthritis and cannot drive, as my husband is still working a part- time job to help us through bills we need to get paid off, as I am on disability, and he social security retirement, so when I had a severe flare up my husband would go and get the truck to get back and forth to work, then take it back, *** told us that if it should break down, he would get it towed and take care of it for us. Since he had always kept his word, we had no reason to doubt him. The last time we took it back to him was around Christmas time and it sat on the lot waiting for the transmission to arrive, we checked on things periodically, the first transmission arrived and did not work for whatever reason, another transmission was ordered in another part of the ***********. *** or a crew member was responsible for picking it up and transporting it to his shop to be installed into our truck. But that never occurred, as *** had some family issues, so we waited patiently for the truck to be repaired. And checked often on progress. Each time we checked it was a new issue. We grew tired of waiting but felt we didnt have much choice in the matter. On the 28th of February, the truck had been sitting all this time, still no progress, my husband informed *** that he needed to do something, we had to have our truck back. *** told us that he was not going to be able to repair it as he could not find anyone to pick up the transmission from where ever it was and that we could pick up the truck and our money on Tuesday February 28th. My husband went to pick up the truck, but got no money back, he promised to have the money on Wednesday March 1st, I called that morning and spoke with his daughter, I told her I would be there that afternoon to pick up the money, she said fine, her dad would be back in the shop by then, I arrived about 3 pm that day, receipt in hand, he told me that he did not have the money to check back with him on Thursday March 2 nd, I informed him that I felt he was taking advantage of 2 old people on social security and that I had trusted him to be a man of his word, I feel something is going on and that if we wait we will not see our money back, I need that money to repair the truck.

      We did return money to the ********** back in this month of March. They called an officer and had them call us to have it collected we returned it that same day so this should be closed.
