      New to town, stumbled across this place on ******. Called about getting head replaced and they said sure no problem, will take us about two weeks based on current schedule. I said, no problem. They required 1/2 down (immediately), which I am not familiar with but assume that may be a thing out here. No problem. Keep in mind, they prefer to text but do also accept phone calls. You have to initiate 95% of the communication.
      A couple days go by after dropping off the car and sending over half of the quote and I get a text a from them saying they didn’t charge me enough for the head and they need another $403 and I was asked to send it over via Cash app. I questioned this and then received a response saying the text wasn’t intended for me, that they had the wrong quote. Coincident - I think not. How many heads y’all replacing right now? First red flag.
      I left things along until the expected completion date had come and past, then I reached out and I was told they had a couple people out sick and they would be getting to it on X day. X day would come and go and I would have to reach out again just to be told they would get to it on X day. X day came and went.
      So after 4+ weeks I said this needs to be done on X day or else I will need a refund. X day comes around and they message me saying “the wrong part arrived.” WHY THEY DIDN’T ORDER THE PART 5 WEEKS AGO WHEN I PAID HALF THE INVOICE IS STILL UNKNOWN! No one had answers for this. Instead they waited until I got frustrated and then supposedly ordered the part. (I still don’t think they ever ordered the part) I was told the new/correct part would be here on Friday or Monday. I was texted Monday mid-day saying it still hasn’t arrived and they have no idea when it will be delivered. They offered to order the part from somewhere else. (Trying to drag this our further) Well today is Tuesday and I waited OVER 5 weeks for nothing but a refund.
