I ordered from this business online on September 1st. I was notified that my order wS shipped on September 5th. It never moved. I tried multiple times to contact the business via email, ********* and Instagram with no response. I have spent money that I guess is now lost thanks to this company and they couldnt care less. If you look at their reviews there are many more complaints like this. They dont care to respond or resolve the issue what so ever.Business Response

I understand that I did not opt for the shipping insurance and as your shipping is already **** I find that bit steep however the fact that my package was lost is the bare minimum of the problem. I tried multiple times to reach out and no one was willing to help. I did not start of annoyed what so ever I really just wanted the outfits I ordered. We were so excited to get them in but instead of working with me and trying to help me resolve the issue you ignored me and took zero responsibility for your actions and have only blamed it on the shipping process and me not opting for shipping protection. I appreciate the refund but I am very sad we will not be receiving our outfits and sad to say you've lost a customer.

I placed an order and recived everything. One of the items was the incorrect size. It was the companys error. I have contacted them through the email provided that says they will respond " within 24 hours." 5 business days later im still waiting. They made an error and i would like it resolved at no cost to me. A simple reply would be nice. It doesnt seem like there is a way to contact a human at this company, and im starting to see why.Business Response

I received my order and one swimsuit I ordered came with an XL bottom and a small top. My daughter cant wear it at all. Purchase order # ****** I had placed an order for some Christmas outfits for my then 3 week old daughter. The sizes were way too small so a few days later after I placed that order Marie Nicole Clothing ran a sale of 40% off so I decided to re-order all of the outfits except for 1 which was the correct size and return the rest. I will add that 1 of the items was a clearance item. So I contact Marie Nicole Clothing to let them know that I needed to return the outfits except for one and get a refund so they said that for the clearance item I would only get store credit so I decided to keep that one also as it was only $9.95 so they send me a return label and I send all of the items back except for those 2 and a few days later they send me a store gift card in the amount of $75 which I dont know why because I specified that I wanted a refund, not only that but the credited amount was incorrect, they should have refunded me $125. So I ask why did you only refunded $75 if I sent them all and she said they only received the items that they credited back so I tell them that everything was sent back and I ask them why was I never contacted if they didnt receive all of the outfits when they were told I would only be keeping 2 outfits and I request that this be escalated to upper management and because I did sent all of the outfits but the 2 back and that she should check with the returns department to ensure that they didnt miss out on scanning the rest of the outfits and I didnt get a response back. I then sent them another message and the same employee tells me that if I want a refund that I need to send the rest of the outfits back after I told her multiple times that I DID sent them back, she offers no other help like contacting her returns department or contact the **** she completely ignores the fact that I did sent them back. Everything seems suspicious as they only read certain parts of my emails the rest they dont address. They dont have a phone numberBusiness Response

I don't think it's right I order some outfits from them and then they go and cancel my order because I use the promo code that was on their website and they gave me $57 off and I only had to pay for shipping I can't help that I had a promo code on their website and it worked I don't think it's right that they cancel my order just because I use their promo code that was on their website. I feel like they had that promo code made for one person and they did not want everybody using it and the people that they did not want using it they canceled their orders. It wasn't like I was trying to scam them or something I didn't even know about the promo code so I went to check out the place my order but then they're going to cancel and I have to wait for my money to come back from my bank which can take up to 7 to 14 days that's not right and that's not how you should run a business if you have a permit card you should honor it. Obviously they made the promo code for people to use or for someone to use you shouldn't permit it on your website if you don't want people actually using it I don't think it's right how they're running their business and I told them I was going to report them and they blocked me or something on ******** and the message to say I want available now!
