    The quality of the clothing is terrible. Very restaurant linen like and some of them are weird stretchy material; just absolute trash. The smocks are so cheap looking too. The return process has been a nightmare, my order number is #******* and they are saying the following can’t be returned because they are “Fall items”
    1. Purple & Yellow Wildflowers Smocked Aunt Love Pocket Dress
    2. Orange Floral Smocked Aunt Love Bubble
    3. Blue Gingham Smocked Dad Love Dress
    4. Blue Plaid Smocked Sunflower Dress
    5. Smocked Easter Eggs Bubble
    Yep, that’s right an “easter eggs” outfit is considered a Fall item that can’t be returned. Absolutely insane!!! Mind you none of the items I listed have anything to do with fall. I’ll keep the ugly pumpkin stuff I ordered that falls under “Fall” whatever but those 5 listed??? No way.

    I ordered on the 22nd and then on the 23 everything was 40% off. I have ordered multiple times and they refused to refund me the difference even. It’s very bad customer service!

    I am sharing my feedback regarding the recent purchase of kids' clothes from the Chinese company Marie Nicole Clothing. Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the clothes made in China and feel compelled to express my concerns. Upon receiving the order, I found that the quality of the clothes was significantly below my expectations. The materials used appeared cheap and the overall craftsmanship was subpar. As a discerning customer, it is important for children's clothing to be of high quality, ensuring both comfort and durability. Regrettably, the items I received did not meet these standards.
    Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the importance of supporting products made in the USA. As proud Americans, we value the quality and craftsmanship that our country has to offer. By purchasing domestically-made products, we support our local economy and promote the values and standards that our nation upholds. It is crucial to prioritize American-made goods whenever possible.

    Blames their horrible customer service on having a small team. I sent items back for a refund over two weeks ago and still have not received a refund. I have only received excuses. I love their clothing, but if you have an issue, its like pulling teeth getting it resolved. I honestly do not know if it is worth it anymore.

    Have repeatly asked for assistance with exchanging item that was too large with no response. Then asked for assistance with returning item because I waa done! Still no response. Now I must decide whether to return this item that I can't use or to donate the item to local charity. I will NEVER order from this company again. They do not deserve even 1 star!

You told us that you would not return the item because you donated it to the ********. We explained that we can't issue a refund without the item being returned.

    0/10 would recommend strictly due to their customer service rep Kaylin B******. She gaslit me saying she "shipped" in their 1-3 business days. Sorry printing a label isn't shipping. Tracking literally shows when it gets picked up by ***. I ordered on the 6th and they didn't receive it until the 13th. I showed her proof and she basically called me a liar and said they don't control **** Yes that is true but it has to be in their hands to be their fault. Can't blame them for you not dropping it off.
    I also didn't receive the OOS notice that an item was out of stock until 12/13 either so if it had been shipped and fulfilled why wouldn't I of gotten that message when it was being packaged originally?
    Next is their website GARUNTEED a response in 24 hour business days. It took 2 1/2 business days to recieve a response and on ******** they said I was lying the had responded the day before. I got an email 5 minutes AFTER they commented that. (I got the OOS email right before the comment).
    They give 0 ***** and will lie and make you out to be the bad guy. I spent almost $300 on my order you'd think I'd get a little decency from then but nope.
    All in all they need to fire their CS rep or if she owns the company she needs to get her **** together and quit being rude to customers. I will never shop here again and have posted in every rep group and buyer beware groups I am apart of.
