      I WITNESSED AN INCIDENT INWHICH A TRUGREEN WORKER ENDANGERED THE SAFETY OF STUDENTS ON A SCHOOL BUS. I HAVE TRIED THE BUSINESS NUMBER AND TRUGREEN REVIEWS. I JUST WANT THE WORKER SPOKEN TO ABOUT THE ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT FOR THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS CHILDREN

      I cancelled my account on 3/10/25 because the service provided did not alleviate the problem with my grass, I received two follow-up calls from customer service after cancelling the service to call them to schedule a manager to come out and evaluate the problem. I returned the call on 3/24/25 to make the arrangements and was told my account was now in full "cancellation mode", and I would have to reactivate my account. I was reluctant to do this because I did not want them to charge my account after I was told that this would be done for free. I was not made aware that this would be a problem from the two voicemail messages (3/17/25 & 3/18/25) that they left. I paid over five hundred dollars to have this service, and my grass does not look any better. I'm not seeking a refund I just want them to look at my yard, which is what they claimed they would do for free when I cancelled the service, to let me know what should be done.

      TruGreen called and spoke with Ms. ******* on 3/25/25. TruGreen apologized for her customer service experience. It is never our intent to have a customer or a non-customer to feel as if we are ignoring their concerns. TruGreen has addressed this matter internally. Although Ms. ******* requested to cancel her partnership with TruGreen as well as did not take advantage of our healthy lawn guarantee benefit, TruGreen has scheduled the expected property evaluation for 3/29/25. If the decline of the lawn is our fault, rest assured TruGreen will accept full responsibility and make it right. If not, TruGreen will provide the recommendations and set the proper expectations to ensure Ms. ******* see the expect results. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I hired TruGreen to treat my lawn and make it healthier and look better. My yard has never looked as bad as it does for the up and coming growing seasons. I have never had bald and patching areas in my yard before. This is totally unacceptable from a top rated business

      TruGreen called and spoke with Mr. ******** on 3/24/25 and apologized about the condition of his lawn. TruGreen agreed to do a property visit on 3/25/25. TruGreen has offered to refund all monies paid in 2024 totaling $627.98 as a good faith gesture due our lack communication and not setting the proper expectations concerning his grass type. TruGreen did advise it could take 3-5 business for this credit to be reflected back to his original method of payment. TruGreen reached out to Mr. ******** again today to obtain his level of satisfaction. Mr. ******** stated that he was pleased with the resolution and will be updating BBB as such. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      I contacted Trugreen early last year (Apr 2024) to help with my lawn care, specifically around handling weeds. It's been a year and my lawn now looks worse than it was before. Trugreen has a "100% satisfaction guaranteed" tag which is why I'm hoping someone can help here. I tried reaching out to customer service to get this addressed. Despite numerous requests for additional service (which is free as per their plan), no one has come yet to handle the weeds. I get a "service completed" notification even when nos ervice has been performed. I have cameras in the exterior of my house to prove this. Tried to talk to the customer *** on this and she was impatient and trying to cut the call off. I am now being charged by my HOA for improper lawn. I've already got a fine. I've paid ~$1000 to Trugreen with no results and they won't even come over to ensure the weeds are dead. At this point, my option is to either wait for someone to contact me and get rid of weeds permanently or take this to consumer court with all the video proof I have.

      TruGreen spoke with Mr. ************* 3/27/25. TruGreen apologizes for the concerns  Mr. ********************** experienced with weeds in the lawn. Mr. ************* and TruGreen have agreed to the following plan: TruGreen will return within the next 3 business days to treat the weeds in the backyard, and the front was treated on 3/26/25. TruGreen will follow up with Mr. ************* ***** days after to check on the results. TruGreen has discounted Mr. Harinarayanan's next regular application to be at no charge. TruGreen will follow up ***** days after that application to check on the results and schedule an additional no charge reservice at that time. If a reservice is needed, TruGreen will follow up ***** days after that service to confirm that Mr. ************* is ready for the regular/chargeable service to continue at that time. TruGreen will continue to work through the plan, but considers the matter with the BBB resolved at this time.

      I utilized service from this provider and ended up canceling due to the unfeasible way to pay for services. I called into the provider multiple times and never received a resolution. The business then forwarded my information into collections in which the business was or is responsible for the difficult access to pay and the confusion of accounts. True green continued to file my account as a bad debt instead of resolving the issue; in which True Green did not provide me with proper access to make on time payments. Instead true Green has sent my information to collections creating additional issues for me. I am very displeased with this service and the additional hardships this company has brought my way.

TruGreen will call Mr. ****** on 4/4/25 to collect his portion, and TruGreen will credit the other half at that time. After the payment and credits post, TruGreen's collection partner will be notified that the balance has been resolved. Mr. ****** has been advised that TruGreen doesn't report to the credit bureau.

      I contacted TruGreen yesterday afternoon, 3/19/2025, to get a quote for their services and was emailed a proposal of what we had discussed. Over the last 24 hour period, I have received an additional 16 calls from TruGreen, several occurring as late as 7:30 yesterday evening. I have had to block multiple numbers because they call from different numbers as well. I consider this incredibly excessive and to be harassment.

      TruGreen left a message for Ms. ******* today, 3/21/25. TruGreen sincerely apologizes for Ms. ********* experience. It is never our intention to overwhelm or inconvenience a customer/potential customer with calls. Ms. ******* has been added to TruGreen's do not call list and the sales inquiry has been closed. This matter has been escalated internally to improve our customer experience process. Ms. ******* has been advised that it can take up to 30 days for calls to fully stop, but as part of the escalation process, we are requesting that be expedited.

      Trugreen company does not provide a change/cancel in service or subscription on their account website when you log in and make you either call a service number or wait a very long time to chat with an agent online. I think this is very unethical of them to do and have you waste hours if not days on finding a good time to call so you dont wait all day to talk to someone to cancel.

      This company continues to walk onto my land uninvited to leave their garbage solicitations on my door. As depicted by the photo attached I watched on camera on 3-18-2025 at 11:18am as one of their employees walks up to my house, ignores the large no soliciting sign on the door and leaves their junk on my door just inches away from the sign instructing them not to. If trugreen thinks they can do whatever they want on my property I have no problem litigating the matter to keep them off the property I own and criminally trespassing any and all people who keep violating this.

TruGreen contacted Mr. Svenchenko and apologized for the door hanger that was left and sent an email confirmation that he has been added to the do not knock list. TruGreen considers this matter resolved.

      In 2023 I contacted TruGreen about overspraying their product into my yard and informed them of the health, pet, and plant issues and told them to stop. I do not pay for their service and I do not want it. Last year I did not complain because I was grieving the death of my husband from cancer and I did not have the energy or fight in ***** appears that their company has forgotten that I have an issue with the chemical trespass in my yard from their workers spraying my neighbors' yards (now on both sides and across the street). Last month the spray drifted to my yard and once again hit my bushes and they are now looking sickly. One of my dogs became sick and vomited for 2 days. And, I had headaches and issues with my eyes once again, due to the chemicals in the air.I am so tired of dealing with the poison that I did not pay to have in my yard and air. This is trespassing and TruGreen is violating my rights and safety. I do not know what else I can do in order for their company to keep their chemicals off of my property.I am not planting a garden again because the plants will die and I am hesitant to put fish in my little pond, due to them being affected, as well. I should not have to sacrifice my life and hobbies due to their chemicals and negligence.

TruGreen reached out to Ms. ****** again today to confirm her level of satisfaction of our game plan to address her concerns. Ms. ****** indicated that she felt everything will be taken care of.       Called on 3/12 and spoke to *******. He agreed I was cancelled but didn't know why since I didn't cancel and TruGreen didn't know why either. If I hadn't been cancelled I would have been eligible to continue my lawn service treatments for the same rate as last year. ******** after talking to his supervisor said that they both said that they would put in a request to reinstate me, so that I could get the same yearly rate as for last year. This reinstatement request by them would take a couple days and I could call back then or someone would reach out to me once this was done. No one called me, so I called back and they said the reinstatement was not going to be done and that I had to start over as a new customer with a much higher rate than last year. My neighbors didn't have this problem and were able to get theirs renewed at a LOWER rate than last year.
