      I live at their Apartments in ***********, **. ******************* Apts. The owners and their managers at this location are running a slum. This place is littered with trash and full of convicts and pedos. The *********** Police here are shady and in the back pocket of the scummy landlord. I have neighbors out here that stay in everyone's business and the main manager here is another overweight angry white man with issues. He has money and thinks he has power over everyone and he will yell and try to belittle you his sidekick co-manager is a thief she goes into residents' apartments and steals. This place is full of cockroaches and bedbugs and they will blame everyone else except themselves. When I moved into my apartment I had to pay out over $800 just to clean that dump. I had motorcycle or moped tire tracks all over the upstairs and downstairs floors, hair in the bathtub, and a clogged-up toilet. They never fix anything at all. I have had a broken AC/Heat unit for 2 years now that they never fixed and broken door locks for just as long. The managers here are bullies and liars. They will lie to residents and say they will treat the bedbugs but want $600 from the tenant to do so BUT they send in their maintenance man with an industrial fan and blow the bugs around and lie to your face and say they had it professionally treated. They will lie and say the same thing at your lease signing. This place is full of drugs, drug dealers, pedos...just this week we had the second little girl get molested by a pedo that they let in and he has been living here for years because his mama is their favorite. Toilets never flush and the slumlords will make up new rules on the spot to harass good tenants. While letting you get harassed by people that are junkies. The managers here will make up lies with no proof and swear by them but if you have video they will not even want to look at it because it proves them to be liars. They even asked me about my ethnicity and ever since..
