      Employees park and take up all front parking. Cashier ***** was extremely rude. The employees at the store it’s obvious they don’t want to be there. Store is gross and a mess. Racks and ladders blocking aisles

      The manager at 8707 st Charles rock road 63114 was extremely rude and unprofessional on 06/09/2025 around 6:30 pm CST. I picked up an item and put it back where I got it from assuming it was the correct location. The manager stated that I was rude and inconsiderate for not putting it back where it actually belongs. I tried to inform her that I placed it back exactly where I retrieved it, but she got defensive and didn't want to hear my response. I was banned from the store without a legitimate reason and have contacted corporate numerous times, but to no avail. It appears as if the company condones unprofessional and rude behavior from their employees and don't take customer complaints seriously at all. A few representatives have stated that I will receive a call the following day for my opinion, but once again to no avail. If you value mutual respect and a bit of customer service do NOT spend your hard earned money at that particular location. I will also state that a couple of customers informed me that the store manager claimed that I was stealing candy which is defamation of character and the main reason why I contacted corporate. They have lost a valuable customer and I have informed others to cease shopping at that particular location. Corporate should always respond to a customer complaint instead of being in agreement with how a manager behaves and speaks down to a customer. I really wanted to give zero stars to this company for the lack of empathy and belligerent behavior of a particular manager

      Dollar General sells money cards you pay cash for. The employee will act like they activated it. Then when you try to use it you find the card is no good. The cashier pockets the money and you can not do anything. Go back to the store and they tell you no refunds you are out of luck. This happen in the Imboden Ar store and the cashier was ****** got $250.00 that day.

      Zero stars this store is the dirtiest dg I've seen can never get threw the ailias and the red headed girl and the store manager **** cuss at customers smoke right at the entrance,with their group of friends cussing smoking smell like weed and they also have been seen buying stuff off of people like drugs . But I think the worse is them cussing at the customers when there are kids around and smoking right there u go to walk in u smell like smoke and hear cussing .. the absolute worse dg they need to get all new employees I think there is 1 young girl that is kinda nice but she cusses to .. and they won't help if u ask they say we dk.. if the line is long they are still smoking... Something needs to be done .

      I made a online order with dollar general an they took my money and never delivered my food. I have kids to feed an they took my last bit of money. They said they don't have an option to cancel or give me my money back or resolve the issue. This is not right. I talked to ***** and her badge number was ******** she said it was nothing they can do

      Store refused to take back my clover valley bottles. N when asked her why not? She just walked away. According to state law they have to take them back because they sell them there. Please tell her the law n tell her she was rude n not professional acting that way. Please get back with me about this.

      Yes I now can see I can do a review on this Dollar General that place needs stocked things are either always out or not stocked on the shelfs customers have been rude too in a hurry in line like today O Yes I sure did say something don't care if the manager gets mad or not that man behind me and the cashier was right there too rushing me to hurry my back is hurting for one and trying to touch the buttons on the card slider for debit and credit cards trying to rush me out of the way not waiting his turn he is not the only one that has done it in that store either rushing online that's rude for one have some respect for others online people of the opposite sex having long hair working in there no hair net on amd the bathroom I came in there not to long ago smelled like a bathroom it stinked the other Dollar General in same town never smells like this one and customers don't do that in that store either there stuff is always stocked I like it better.

      Friday ,May 30th 2025 Dollar General Store in Fulton KY LIED saying id receive a refund of $42.00 cash back that was taken off my card after I originally attempted to load money on to my Cash app but it failed an my cash back amount of $42.00 did come off and I've got NOTHING but Lies and empty promises of my money refunded for an entire week and then some days ...And I have PROOF of EVERYTHING I CLAIM ,NO WORRIES!

      Do not go to this store because you will havr bad service. Thr rude manager when I has a nasty attitude. She had vulgar language towards another customer who wanted to return an item and instead of showing compassion or kindness. She was nasty and rude. When I went to check out she smelled like weed and could barley keep her eyes opened. She also had a bad attitude with me as well. So I advise anyone to not go shop at this store.
