      My local store 15370 is rarely open after 4pm, closing at sporadic and unposted hours and when it is open, I have stopped going to it. I needed some emergency items and once again, experienced a bait and switch on 2 different items. Shelf prices were $.50-1.50 different at the register. This is a constant issue and has been ongoing for over a year.

      I placed an order for Dollar General on July 17th. I could not make the reserved time. I repeatedly tried to contact the store, but no one answer the phone. I reached out to Corporate who was somehow able to contact them, unfortunately I did not see her reply until it was too late for me to pick up my order. I placed another order yesterday, to be picked up today, at our local store. I am currently recuperating from knee surgery. I made the pickup time so my son could go to the store on his lunch break. He contacted me from the store and stated that the employees were very rude to him and told him they do not observe the pickup procedure at their store. He was told that if he wanted the items, he could go through the store and collect them himself. Of course he had no idea what I was buying nor the time to shop for them. My order has now been canceled and I was informed that my funds will be processed in 3-5 days. So not only do I not have my groceries, but I do not have my money to go somewhere else. I am very upset with Dollar General at this point and will take my business elsewhere.

      Yes, I contacted the store first. When I explained that I needed to change my pickup time, Sherry L informed me that once you make an order you can't change the reserved time. After complaining to DG, Sherry said to contact the store and I told her I had been calling but no one would answer the phone. By this time my order had been canceled. I reached out to DG again after my 2nd attempt at a pickup with no response. It was only after I filed a complaint on BBB site did they reach out to me again. They went as far as digging in my personal information and posted my cell phone number in the email. I no longer wish to correspond and I expressly told her that in my response.

      I will be reaching out to someone since I never gotten a response back from anyone about situation that took place at dollar general in horn lake ms. I have gave them plenty of time time to respond and Nothing yet. My 13 year old son was accused of stealing by employee which My son was not and it took another customer to come to my mother car and tell my disable mom that employee was accusing him of stealing. He purchased 40 dollars worth of stuff and because he kept forgetting what his grandmother told him get he was in and out the store.There is alot I can say but I don't even have enough characters to say about this situation. AND APOLOGY JUST NOT GOING TO CUT IT NOW.AND STILL NO ONE REACH OUT I HAVE PUT IN COMPLAINT NO ONE . SO I KNOW THE NEXT STEP .

      They are ripping customers off. The electronic coupons rarely ever work anymore. The cashiers are aware and smash they hear customers complain. The coupons don't work at all through self checkout. I lost at least 50 bucks since they didn't know how to resolve the problem when I have complained in the store. Product pricing is not current as well. I bought heir brand toilet paper and the tag said 7:50 it rang up 8:50. I've experienced this with many of the products they carry. No one seems to care and I'm sure they don't since it's more money in their pocket. The stores are nasty and cluttered many time to the point you can't get through the isle. Can't imagine what type of upper management they have. Obviously none.
