      this company is completely fraudulent they overcharge also I went to emergency and the doctor order and x and guess what they asking to $169 went this was emergency that the I got surgery because I was a serious health condition very bad for them i file complaint to the better business bureau so they will not do this to any one

      I paid the invoice in full on 3/17/23 via phone early so that I would not have a recurring charge coming out of my bank account. On 4/3/23, there was a charge of $19.67 that indeed came out of my account. I called on 4/3/23 to inquire. I have been told it takes 30-45 days for reimbursement. As of 5/23/23, I have called again to check the status of the reimbursement and I am being placed on hold for extensive time after asking for more assistance. I am still being told repeatedly that my credit was expedited (as of my first call) when I first started this process. To date, I am on hold as I type this and their response today, 5/23/23 that they took the credit and applied it to my son's account which was not discussed with me. If I had not requested to speak to a manager, I would have never known this happened. My son has his account set up separately and makes monthly recurring payments. The last person I spoke with at ADI is putting the request in for my credit to be added to my bank account. As of right now, unsure of how long it will take - it could possibly be another 30-45 days. My total phone call time (majority of it on hold) was 42 minutes. In all, I will be searching for a new doctor that does not use ADI (Radiology Partners) for their billing - no way that I'm going through this again. If I could give them negative starts, I would.

      Please be aware that if your provider uses ADI to read your radiology results, the first bill you receive will more than likely be incorrect. They did not include any payments that I made the day of service, and they did not give the insurance discounts for BCBS. After calling to dispute charges, I was told they would put my account on hold for 30 days while they reviewed my account, and I would get a revised bill if charges were different. I never heard a word until I received a letter from a debt collector for an amount that was owed which was 700$ less than original bill. I called to find out why I was never sent an updated bill and was told it was my responsibility to reach out to them to find out what I owed them. It is shocking that a very reputable hospital like ********** would use this service for their radiology needs.
