      This companies is full of thief’s and they technician are not knowledge in appliances they came to my house to make a estimate on my refrigerator that was broken it was cooling still but not enough he take around 30 minutes and say that the compressor was broken charge us 170 dollars for the estimate and that it will be around 3, 337 dollars to fix it we thought that price include the compressor well no it was not include that was only for the installation that he say it will take 6 hours or more to install we end up calling LG THEY CAME they charge us ONLY 600 hundred dollars the compressor was working fine they find a leak in the vaporizer and end up cleaning and change little things that was rust I ask the technician how many hours it take to change a compressor he say may be a hour and 30 minutes no please people listen this company is a corrupted one is so sad I don’t do reviews but I had to do this don’t want any one to get ROBB

      I would like to leave a review of the wonderful service Mr. Appliance has provided to me over the last few weeks. Both service technicians (Richard and Devon) were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The services were completed in a timely manner and every effort was made to answer all my queries.

      I had Hunter from Mr appliance at my house today for our washer. He was very thorough . Took off the drain pump tested it and found it was broken. I was so happy he ordered it and now we wait until next Friday to get it replaced. So hard to find d good people out there anymore!! Especially out in the country like we are!! Very happy with Hunter. Nice young man!!

      Called for refrigerator repair and received an appointment for the next day. The Technician, Ryan W., arrived promptly within the specified time window. He was courteous, neat, knowledgeable, efficiently diagnosing the problem, had the necessary part on his truck and made the repair. The repair is guaranteed. He was in and out in less than an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Ryan and Mr Appliance. We will definitely use them again for future appliance repairs.

      I’ve had these guys out three times once for my dryer the other two times for the gas oven igniter. Thankfully my review is much different after seeing these others on here
      All three times were positive, fixed the first time and no problems afterwards. This is from the Mr Appliance in NE Ohio, Cleveland area. Most recent, Gregory, did a great job My only gripe might be the price but with a year warranty and knowing it’s done right, I’d use them again

      Do not use: company lacks capability and has poor customer service. Technician arrived to troubleshoot a dryer that was tumbling but not heating. He stated the heating element had lost continuity and needed to be replaced (and I should probably also replace the thermostats). The recommended repair was for over $500, so I declined and decided to purchase a new dryer for $528. We plugged in the new dryer and it didn’t heat either. Turns out there was a problem with the wall outlet. And once I replaced the outlet, the original dryer worked fine. Obviously the technician just took a wild guess at what repair was required. Moreover, Mr Appliance would not reimburse me for the $116 service charge. I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry we misled you and wasted your money.” And the local manager has yet to return my message after several weeks.

      Do not use this company for any reason. First tech came to my house told me the issue I was having was because of a faulty part in the hvac unit. I asked him first would this fix my fridge and not have any more issues. He replied, "well yes of course". It was an expensive fix"800.00+" which I needed because it was holiday time, and we have three kids and I didn't have the money to go buy a new fridge, so I moved forward with his recommendation. He then left and left the fridge plugged up and running. Later that night, we smelled a bad smell coming from the fridge, so we unplugged it and waited till he returned to fix with new part. It took a week or so and he came back with the new part. He wasn't there long, and he installed the new part. He was having issues getting it to work so he then told us our compressor was bad. I asked him if left the fridge plugged up when he came out the first time, he replied he unplugged it. I said that's not true because we unplugged it because it was making a smell. I called the business and told them that. They said that wouldn't cause the compressor to go bad. So, I requested another tech come and do another test on the fridge to confirm the compressor is only issue. He did and shook my hand and said he guarantees getting a new compressor would fix it all. So, I trusted him because he seemed real. Well, I was fooled several more times he came out and couldn't fix it. Now they another 1500.00 for a new caused repair. The refuse to do a refund and the customer service people are very disrespectful. They told me I don't know what I'm talking about and hung up on me twice. This whole matter has been going on over 1.5 months. All this came from the first tech who did not do his job correctly. I currently out 1500.00 and still no working fridge. They will come on here and dress their words up but understand they are paid to admit no fault, or the insurance companies would take insurance away from them. Do Not Use Them. Tell your friends.
