5 starsDarby gives amazing customer service!! I was 57th in line and elected to be called back. That finally happened after a few hours, and I'd just explained the situation to her when the call got disconnected. I was so frustrated!! BUT! Then my phone rang and Darby had called back when we got disconnected! That was so thoughtful of her. She then understood my issue, offered a quick solution, and exceeded my expectations. 5 starsMaria and Kate were the best at taking my son's senior portraits! My son has autism and portraits or school photos don't always come out the best because of the lighting and posing which can feel unnatural and a little overwhelming so it can be hard to capture his best natural smile. I was also concerned because the time slot was small and I hoped he would have time to warm up. Both ladies took so much time with him and figured out how to get him to relax and we got lots of great poses and they were able to capture his handsomeness that we see in him everyday. I'm so thankful we came by the studio today. We live an hour away but, it was really worth the drive. Thank you so much!!Nationwide Studios, Inc.
