Have to leave at least 1 star ...
I think this company is awful. The DY school system has always used Lifetouch & still does for the elementary school's & we haven't had any problems that couldn't be resolved & you could actually speak to someone. Now that they changed to Legacy Studios for the middle school it's one problem after another & the ONLY way to try & resolve it is through email EVEN though they give you a phone number & the hours no one answers the phone. My first issue was with the prices - they are really high for what you would get BUT you don't have a choice if you want school pictures. 2ndly my grandson received his pictures before my granddaughter even though his picture day was after hers. When I inquired - through email - I was given the runaround & told "Photos are still in production meaning that we are still currently removing them off the greenscreen". I didn't even get the image until a week after I inquired & the picture was terrible so my granddaughter had it redone. I STILL have NOT received the digital download that i ordered OR any info BUT the company sent out texts & emails to other people so they could order the new picture through Legacy studios. When I realized that the picture MUST be available since the new one is what Legacy used in their offer to purchase it, I tried calling & even though it was the right hours still no one answered & the recording said to email, so i did. They told me they placed another order for me. My daughter told me that SHE received the digital download - did I!!??!! NO I DID NOT! Why would they send it to her she DID NOT pay for it - I did!
I have called the school administration, as well as the school where the pictures were taken & was told I am not the only person who has complained but i need to contact Legacy Studio to resolve the issue. What a joke this is & its obviously WAY too late to order pictures for ChristmasNationwide Studios, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer, I'm very sorry about the frustrations. It takes up to 2 weeks to post the images online after photo day. We do send out marketing to purchase those photos. I see your first package and second package have been mailed and fulfilled. Our phone hours are 11am-3pm EST; however, we answer emails almost 24/7. My experience, at first was not great. The studio sent me a PDF of a child that was not mine. When I opened a ticket, I did not get a response and only got an update after I called. When I called, I was told to send photos of my son and they would locate him. I waited a week and did not hear back. I sent a follow-up to the ticket and asked when I would get an updated photo and I was told they would let me know when they found him.... Ummm... not okay!
Finally, I called, after waiting again for a week, and spoke to a woman named Victoria. She listened to my concerns, understood my frustration, and went above and beyond to locate my son's school photo. Within 24 hours after speaking to her, I got an update on the ticket and 24 hours later I received the PDF of my son. In addition, due to the holidays, she processed a new order and had the photos shipped to my home address.
My experience became a lot better due to a single person, Victoria. She took the time to go above and beyond to make my experience so much better than when it first began.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

They do the photos at my sons school a couple of time a year and they turn out amazing every time. The photographer Heidi was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the green screen and the color of my sons shirt and gave me the contact information for customer service. The customer service representative Nicole went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Over all friendly staff who are so helpful and responsive on top of the amazing photos 10/10.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Worst experience ever. My grandson took his senior pictures and I never received the digital copy or any proofs. When I inquired, they told me they couldn't find his picture and was looking for it. The representative seemed unbothered that his picture was lost. We have missed the deadline to have his picture in the yearbook and they still seem not to care. All I hear is that they are still looking for it. They also never offered to retake the pictures. Keep in mind, I inquired about his pictures well before the school's deadline. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. One and half hour wait to talk to someone on the phone, just to hear they are looking. It took 3 emails before I even got a response via email and was just told that they were still looking. Do not use this company. We will not have the opportunity to have his picture in the yearbook due to their negligence and they have not tried to accommodate us or reach out to the school and request an extension. We made the initial inquiry in enough time for a retake to be taken. Again this is the worst service I have ever experienced.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer, I'm very sorry about the frustrations. We have an auto email that states we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. I see you emailed three times from Thursday through Sunday and we answered you on Monday. We let you know the image was not in the upload, but we would email you as soon as we had that re-uploaded. We did that and I see you were able to place an order a couple of days ago. And the yearbook export has not been sent as of yet, so your grandson will definitely be in the yearbook. I just would like to say thank you so much to Kathy Esposito the manager, and also would like to give her a special recognition. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled for yesterday at 3:30pm but due to a water leak on campus, the appointment needed to be rescheduled. The school told us to call to reschedule the appt. but we were having difficulties working with the times because there was a conflict with my daughter’s schedule. I wasn’t able to reach anyone when I called, but I left a message and Kathy returned my call. I explained everything to her and she understand the entire situation. It was a pleasure and an honor speaking with her. She’s very sweet, kind, thoughtful, caring, considerate, and professional. Had it not been for her, I would not have been able to schedule an appointment. She was so sweet to accommodate us, and I can’t thank her enough. If I had to give her a survey, she deserves a 10+. I wish her boss acknowledges all her hard work and efforts, and I hope her boss keeps her around for a long time, as she is definitely irreplaceable. Other people can be hired, but her wonderful character is can’t be replaced. I would recommend a lot of friends and family to this company because of Kathy’s excellent service. Please provide your rep, Lisa, with the praise she deserves for the exemplary service she provided earlier this week. I needed to purchase a single item but was unable to make the minimum purchase. She was professional, kind and had a great sense of humor. As a 30 yr customer service mgr, trainer and retention specialist, I know the difficulties in finding people committed to quality. Lisa exemplifies the values and standards a company should put forth in retaining their clients and customers alike.

I would give this company a NEGATIVE 0 if it were possible. My 2 children took photos at school through this company and it was a complete disaster as well as very very unprofessional. First and foremost we were supposed to receive our photo access code the same day as a discount is offered for same day purchase. Not only did that NOT happen but the photographer FORGOT THE SLIPS at the school location to even upload the photos to give parents access. Second the discount was no longer valid even due to the company's employee mistake (no fault of the school).Secondly when I do finally receive the photo there are ONLY 2 Photos ( 1 completely blurred) of only 1 of my children. There was NO RECORD of additional photos for that child nor ANY photos of my second child as well as NO PHOTOS of their sibling portraits which the school informed me that THEY TOOK INDIVIDUAL AND SIBLING PHOTOS. Very unprofessional an unsatisfied this entire situation is so bad for business as a whole. Contacting customer service has been **** you can't get through to anyone you have to wait 24 hours for a response and still get no helpful response. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The dissatisfaction with their service alone as well as the poor customer service and lack there of was beyond disappointing. There is nowhere on their site where you can leave a formal complain nor is there any additional corporate information listed. Terrible when a company is set up to capture memorable moment of your children's early years and FAIL as a whole. Complete waist of time an horrible for business. Will definitely be reporting them to BBB as well as ****.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Dear Valued Customer, We try our very best to get the young children to smile and sit for a photo (along with the help of the staff at your day care center); however, sometimes that is not possible. Unfortunately, we tried to get photos your one child twice that day along with your school staff, but we were unable to do so. The one image that we did get of your other child is blurry because she didn't want to pose either and was getting away as well. We regret we were unable to get photos of your children - we diligently try our best! And regarding the coupon code slips, we did forget to bring the slips that day, but we extended the coupons so you are still able to use them.

Very poor experience and what is posted on the web site is not what you will receive. It’s a trick to keep your sitting fee. There are not any selections for backgrounds that are appropriate for senior pictures and I was told to bring props to fix this issue. I was told that I would have to select the angles for the pictures. (No full body pictures) The senior pictures were taken in less than the 45 min time that was agreed on because the printer was broken. After the session the pictures were never shared with me on site. The pictures that I received looked like pictures I could take at home with my phone. The background is virtual and poorly photoshopped around the students hair. You will have to bring props, pose the student, and send tons of emails to inquire about backgrounds that maybe different then a normal elementary school picture.
