Kathy from Legacy Studio did an amazing job! We were having some problems ordering pictures. She took the time to listen and look into the process, and help resolve the problem. She answered all questions thoroughly, and she’s very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, professional, kind, patient, courteous, and thoughtful. Every time I get her on the phone, she always provides excellent service. I wish the company would hire more people like her. Had it not been for Kathy’s excellent service, I would’ve just taken the pictures somewhere else. If I had to give her a survey, I’d give her a perfect 10+. I’m so grateful and thankful for everything Kathy has done for me. I’ll definitely refer many customers to Kathy. She’s the best. Thank you so much, Kathy. ****** Studio photographers were professional as well as friendly. My children had a great time during their senior sitting. Katie and Sean were creative and fun. I would recommend them to anyone in need of professional photos.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

We had our Legacy Lens session l yesterday. The staff were so friendly and attentive. They were concerned about our time and moved us through quickly. The photographers were so sweet and had great ideas for poses. We brought the twins' 2 year old brother and the photographer asked if they wanted a picture with him. Too much for a momma heart to take. Precious! This session far exceeded my expectations!!Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Amanda provided great customer service while I was having difficulty accessing my photos. I was ready to give up and ask for a refund but she continued to follow up with me and I was able to get my photo! She’s a great example of customer service.Nationwide Studios, Inc.

Dannie W***** was wonderful. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was fully prepared, even offering fake nails for my daughter, so her fingers would look nice while she was holding her cap.
