    Had a repair completed on 9.24.2022 after having this location check it out the Monday of this same week. Told them the code and issue and was given an estimate. Due to what the manager, ****, suggested as based off her experience and what the techs had told her. When the repair was complete, ****, told me it was fine, and if the check engine light came back in within a set amount of miles, we'd need to replace the entire thing. Well that never happened, as the light came on way past the foretold mileage amount. Went to another Midas location, and the tech crew and manager, stated the job looked fishy. What was bigger concern is that I was priced a 5 hour labor cost and the repair took less than 40 minutes. When mentioned to the original location, **** the floating manager said it's nothing he can do and got **** (who was on vacation) on the phone. She told me she's not doing anything and wouldn't allow the staff to repair. I reminded them of the warranty (there are 2), and she said again she was doing nothing until the next Monday. Due to timing, I reached out to ***** the Regional Manager and days went by. I get a call finally saying they would do the work, exempt of charging for labor, but that I would have to buy the part. As the warranty states, that is their job to pay for as well. I asked for a store copy of warranty and **** said what is on the receipt is the terms of the warranty. Here we are 30 days from the repair, and no solution as I have called, and texted, and have all documentation with signatures and pictures, and no one is returning a call.
