    I recently visited Midas in Hermitage, TN, for an oil change, and it turned out to be a disastrous experience. The day after the service, my car gave me a low oil pressure and high-temperature warning, forcing me to pull over. I had my car towed to the nearest Midas location, where I was informed that they couldn't find anything wrong and didn't work on ***s. They suggested I go to a specialized service center.
    Eventually, I discovered that a part of the oil filter housing was not put back after the oil change. Despite Midas being responsible for the service and apparently discarding the part, they didn't offer to reimburse me for the oil change, the $90 part, the tow, or the diagnostics I had to pay for at ***. In total, I spent around $500 and endured numerous emails and calls without so much as a penny back.
    The lack of accountability, poor communication, and additional costs made this experience highly frustrating. I will not return to Midas and cannot recommend their service to others.
