      I would like to see the Madison County DA at least investigate this company/individual. It appears that scam/fraud is involved as they request full payment up front & when that does not happen, 1/2 payment up front & does not complete the job. He will claim he is working all hours of the night. He tapes conversations, without other persons knowledge. He takes insurance gigs & tries to coerce client to signing check over to him. He finds guys, most without any experience/training, to work. He will tell the workers that he can't pay them because he is waiting to be paid, even though he was paid. He will show up on the job site but then leave & almost always has his girlfriend/fiance/wife with him. He will leave his tools unsecured in the open & if any come up missing, file a police report & collect insurance on the tools. I hired him for a renovation that I had started as well as some repairs in another home. The work was slow to progress & what was done was unacceptable & showed poor workmanship. He went a week without working there & would only return if I paid him. I will not pay for poor workmanship nor poor work ethic. He applied texture & paint before the holes in the drywall were patched & ceiling completed. I had to resecure an exterior door that he installed as it only had 2 screws that were not placed properly. I had to custom make the brick molding for the same door as he left without completing it. He left the jobsite a mess with number of buckets with *************** I fired ******** moved into the other home & changed the locks (squatting). He caused a lot of drama in the area with neighbors & had a lot of traffic in & out of house. His truck was repossessed & he had to rent a Uhaul to transport his tools etc. I had to evict him. In turn, he attempted to *** me for breach of *************** & suffering. I was successful in ************* was unsuccessful in his case. Regardless, I was out over 20K by the time I was able to get him out of the house.
