    We paid over $868. for a year of services up front because he asked us to pay up front for a discount and we did in January and then he only showed up once and would no longer return our calls or refund our money. It is September and he has only been to our home once this year for treatment. When addressed, rather than apologizing and making it right, he said he would get to us when he could and got defensive about it all. The service is fine as long as you pay him, then let him do what he wants and dont call him out when hes wrong. We have repeatedly asked for a refund and we have gotten no responsive from them. When I called from another number, they responded by asking how they could serve us. They are apparently dishonest people that steal money for services not rendered.

    ***** has had surgery and not been in the office. This customer knows this and now y'all are allowing them to post personal health information on here for public view. If we need to get our attorneys involved to stop this from being posted we will

    *** has been a customer since 2019. 

    Anytime she doesn't get her way she likes to make threats and cause as much harm as possible. She received a refund as soon as I ***** came back in the office as she had been told.

    She doesn't like it when she doesn't get her way immediately and we're not the first business she has pulled this c*** on and we won't be the last.
