    We placed an order for a headstone on 6/10/23 with the understanding that it would be delivered within 6 months. April 16, 2024 the owner texted me to tell me he was behind because his son was in *********. In the middle of May 2024, reassurance was given by the owner to my husband that my father's headstone would be delivered by the first week of June 2024. He also informed my husband that the headstone was at his home and his truck was in the shop. However, over the past 2 months, attempts to establish contact have been unsuccessful. The proprietor does not respond to phone calls, and the store are not be honored. Full payment for the order was made on 12/19/23. Consequently, we request the timely fulfillment of our order or a refund on June 14, 2024.

    I went to Timeless Monuments on May 1 2023 and paid cash to ************************* for a headstone for my husbands grave and a also a vase for my grandsons grave. Was told the vase would be put on the grandsons grave within 2 weeks and the headstone would take about 8 months. Here we are over a year later and neither was received, cannot reach him by phone. Hes also never at the office now when we stop by to try to talk to him. He recently removed the business hours from the door as well. I just want a refund now, and with the advice of my lawyer, have requested one by letter. I advise no one to use this location or have any business with *************************.

    We ordered a headstone on 8/17/23.Was told it would be in with in 7 months.We now for the past 5 weeks have been unable to hear from them.No answers the phone and no one is ever at the store.We are not the only ones looking for the owner *************************. The order has been paid in full on 1/25/24.We want our order or money back.

    Ordered a headstone on April 6, 2024 and was told I'd receive a proof in 4 to 6 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've tried contacting Timeless Monuments and no one answers.

    We made a a contract a year ago to go out to and carve a death date on my grandmothers tombstone. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get an update and left several messages on their voicemail. I asked to be called back and never a return call back. Ive stopped by their business 3 times recently during their posted hours and no one was there any time .I now have various family members asking where is the engraving as its been a year. This weekend is decoration at the cemetery and still no engraving. I noticed someone else passed and they used a different company and writhin 3 weeks of burial the date on theirs was added in the same cemetery by a different company . I do not believe its wrong to ask for this to be completed or my money given back to me as its been a year. I can understand being behind and needing some time but it doesnt take a year to got ***************************************************************************************** *********** , ********* .My grandmothers name is ***** ***********************. May 20,2023 is the date we entered the contract . We paid $125.00 and it says paid in full. Her death date was Feb 26 2023 which is what is to be carved. It is located on ******************* in ********************. I would like this resolved asap. It really should not take a year to do this . Its a simple engraving and they should be shamed to be in the monument business and to take this long to do this. And so unprofessional to not answer & return phone calls or be open their open dates and times . I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone and they should really close their doors if they cant do better than this I called one time about 6 months ago and go someone they said they would check into it and call me back and never heard afterwards. Then thats when they started ducking the calls I want the engraving but if they cant deliver I want my money back. Really in good faith I should get some of it back for inactivity and the way treated
