    At this point, I wouldnt give a one star review. I just had to pick one to be able to post a comment. When you have $1300 involved and 77 year old in law, it really makes you aggravated someone would do somebody the way they have been done. my father-in-law gave this company $1300 for him and his wife to purchase a headstones over six months has passed. He will not answer the phone. There is no update. He would not let them pay anything but cash thats the first red flag. We had no idea as the children we couldve been helping this breaks my heart, the man said he could only accept cash payment so he took $1300 cash money from them timeless monument business we left a name and number on the window he would not respond. We now have customers calling us talking about he has ripped them off for $5000, wow and they have his mother number now the mother has gotten involved and says shes trying to get their money back. What a crying shame for this poor mom someone has to make a stand. Were calling the local news company as well other unhappy customers.

    My sister and I have been waiting for our mothers headstone photo for over 2 years. We have both tried to contact by call, text and stopping by. Voice mail stays full and the off chance you can leave a message it isn't returned. In the start of this, this place seemed great. The owner seemed knowledgeable and was willing to help. Now he is no where to be found. Follow through is awful and he took my mothers money and did not follow through with ***** promised.
