      I purchased tires from R and R in 1/2024. The plan was suppose to have insurance and a warranty on my tires regardless of early payoff. I could get replacement and repair during the first year. I went to the business on several occassions to have the tires replaced or repaired and everytime the manager **** would give me the run around about fixing my tires. The last date in September he went in the office with the finance lady and they came up with a plan to not replace my tires by saying I didn't extend my warranty with my early payoff. he lying and they mad because i let them know they were some lying, conniving individuals. I would like the tires replaced like they were suppose to be. i went up there 3 times in a row. just like he misquoted me the price of my tires and I was suppose to receive a extra year warranty. which would mean that my warranty would not expire until Jan 2026.

      The customer does not quite understand the insurance and how it works. She came in at the end of her agreement expecting to have her tires replaced just cause she wanted new ones. She was informed that is not how the insurance works and did not like that response.

      Whomever responded is telling a lie. I have my.old.tires and they did need replacing. I understand exactly how my insurance works. I have the paperwork. Matter of fact I was still able to use the towing services on the other day. **** and **** did it purposely being lowdown. I went up there three times and they kept putting me on hold. **** is a lying individual and he has lied since January when I got the tires. Make it make sense. The agreement says that my tires are replaceable for a year. Even though I paid them off. Why would I just want new tires. They needed replacing.   and **** knew it. They did it purposely. I was looking at them because the Caucasian man in the back office left and the people of color showed out. Tried to do it sneaky and underhanded. I have my tires. I went because they needed replacing not because I wanted new tires. I can buy some more but they suppose to.replace my tires. **** and **** did it purposely.  Everything I went to have them repaired or replaced **** always had a lie to tell. But that last particular day they made that lie up to upset me. I want my tires replaced like they were suppose to have been. That manager **** is a misleading and lying individual. He do.not.look.good doing so. Pay attention the only reason why they are responding now is because I used the towing services on Friday of last week. Im still able to utilize the towing services but not tire insurance. I also have pictures.of my tires. I really suppose to.have 2 years cause that what **** told the person when I got my tires in January because **** misquoted the price. I have never seen such a lying, vindictive man in my life. **** NEEDS TO BE ASHAME. THAT IS HORRIBLE.BEHAVIOR THAT HE PORTRAYS TO BE A MAN. HE LIE SO MUCH. DEALING WITH ************ HAD BEEN DISPLEASING AND DISTASTEFUL. **** AND **** REALLY MAKES THE COMPANY LOOK BAD.

      I purchased tires and rims from RNR on2/24/22 through their payment plan of $156.00 every two weeks for a total price of $2,592.00. I completely paid off these tires 8/23/22. In late December, I went to the store due to having a s**** in my tire which was making my tire go flat (front right). The employee told me that flat tires were not covered under warranty. On 1/19/23, I received a text message from the business offering appreciation for my business. I noted to them that I was not interested in doing any additional business with them due to not honoring the flat tire repair. The employee noted via text that they would do everything to make it right. I also noted that they had not given me a tool for unlocking lug nuts on my car and I had already gone elsewhere to have the tire repaired. On 1/20, I returned to the store for a balance and rotation and to get the tool. They did the service provided no paperwork showing the service completed and provided no tool. Today (1/26), I reached out to them due to when driving my car the front tire now seems to be out of balance. The employee texting would take no responsibility for checking the vehicle and said that they do not provide paperwork of proof of work done to the vehicle unless requested. I noted common business practice is to provide proof of work completed. The employee disagreed and told me that they would have to check their schedule for service times. I noted I would be going out of town tomorrow. The company has been less than desirable in flup customer service and I noted since I am a member of the *** in our town I would seek out assistance for a reputable business to assist. The final response from RNR was rude and sarcastic and demeaning.
