My experience with this business isn't good at all. I needed some tires. I was sold 4 used tires totalling $460. I wasn't given a copy of my contract, only a receipt for the cost of the tires detailing my $20 down payment. I have had questions concerning my balance for months. I pay $28 weekly so you would think that it would be paid for, right? So on 7/1/23, I called and spoke to a lady there, who looked at my account and suggested that I contact corporate. I went to RNR on the 3rd, and was told since I didn't pay off the balance of the tires within 6 months I am still paying on the contract. I asked for a detailed account summary and a copy of the contract. I have paid over$1600 to date for used tires that cost $460. And these people are telling me that I still owe over $200, almost $300 dollars more. So essentially, I will have paid 4x the amount of the actual value of the tires. I believe that I am the victim of predatory business practices. I have bought tires from there before and I'm now questioning how much I was taken advantage of then as well. They receive quite a bit of business and I am certain that the reason being is charging customers 4-5 times the amount of the value of the merchandise. I attempted to call the corporate office. I was given a number by the manager, with only the first name ******* to ask for. The manager was no help to me at all. No one answered so I left a message. No surprise that I wasn't contacted. So, I am making a complaint. Because deep in my heart, I know I'm not the only one who is going through or has gone through this.
