    Approx 2.5 months ago I contacted them to repair a window that was faulty (the seals do not line up allowing heat and a/c to escape. Nothing has been done at this time. They came out once and said yes this needs fixed. Well Im still waiting. Ive called them every week for the last 4 weeks and am told someone will be back to me in 2-3 hours. Last time I called she said Ill **** it urgent. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Still no return call. I recently start to repaint my bedroom and saw they had knocked the window trim out approx 1in away from wall on top left corner of both windows. This complaint was also never responded to in the least.

    We have attempted to contact this customer several times.  We have been calling ************.  Every time we call this number it immediately goes to voice mail and of course we have left messages.  Can you get the customer to call us so we can schedule a time to go out and fix the issues that the customer has.
