    I ordered 11 windows and was told they would be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, they were ready AND INSTALLED in 5 weeks. The crew showed up at the time I was told they would be here on time. The crew began working immediately they were very efficient, there was NO standing around or wasting time. They cleaned up as they went had the windows installed in a very timely manner. When finished my windows were installed and wrapped (finished) and looks FANTASTIC!!!! The crew was very professional and seemed to really care about their work. I will definitely recommend Window World of Jackson, TN to everyone that is looking to have windows installed. And the crew leader onsite ********* was GREAT!

    I bought 13 windows from WindowWorld in 2022. It took some prodding for them to meet their commitment to show up after 6 months. They installed 11 windows with some issues and promised they would be back in a couple of weeks with the other two windows. A year and a half later, they called asking for the balance of my contract to be paid. I told them I would be happy to pay the balance once the job is finished, they asked what was wrong and I told them they had not completed the job, that two windows had not been installed along with other issues stated on the contract. A day later they called back apologizing profusely saying they would have those windows ordered urgently and that I would probably get a break in the remainder of what I owed them. That was 8 months ago, I havent heard from them since. I still have two mismatched windows that have not been replaced, one with mutton strips that are crooked, and several with stops that dont work. None of them were insulated upon initial installation. I would not recommend WindowWorld.

    I have used Window World in my personal home and in two investment properties, I have found them extremely professional and easy to deal with, and I had successful installations with excellent clean-up.Over the years, I have had a window with one small crack and a window that was cloudy. Both were replaced without question.
