    Have tried calls and emails for weeks to get service and no one will respond.
    Perhaps they are out of business?

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. So we entered into an agreement with this business in April 2023. We paid the partial payment and waited for the install. Agreement stated to allow 2-3 months for completion. That would have been in July. Well, it's August and no one called or came . I called and on August 9th, Bo Bennett called and asked to get measurements. Said he was missing them.While he was here I asked if he knew for sure when the install was gonna be done. He said it was on the work table now and the install would definitely be on Friday August 11th. I waited and waited for them to show. They didn't and no one was gonna tell me until I called at 11:00 am. They close at noon on Fridays. Do not call because you will have to leave a voice-mail because no one answers the phone. Bo doesn't answer his cell either. They flat out lie to you and call it a misunderstanding. I am 62 years old, I understood completely. They never contact you with a scheduled time and never let customers know of pending problems unless you keep hounding them with emails and voice-mail. They are supposed to be here tomorrow August 17th. Still no time set. One thing they are on time about is taking your money. Do not use this company!! I read other complaints that they install incorrectly and charge customers for them to fix it. I guarantee if it's not correctly installed, I will not pay you to come back!

    Waiting way beyond the 2-3 month period for installation. Was told it would be installed on 8/ 11/ 23. I waited all morning long for someone to come. Never did. At 11:00 am I called because no one was calling me. I was told by Savannah that the main fabricator had a family emergency and it would be the following week before anyone would be here. No specific date given either. The only reason I am complaining is because Bo was here on 8/10/23 double checking measurements and specifically told me himself that it was being worked on right then and they would definitely be here on 8/11/23. Now I noticed that they close at noon on Friday. If that was a problem then it should have been communicated. We have been waiting 3 1/2 months with no communication whatsoever from anyone in this company unless I call first. Now I know what your contract says, I read it 5 times. Communication is key to a better business and you do not have those skills. We asked for instructions to get our money back but I reread the contract in which it us nonrefundable. I guess that's why they don't care about contact with the clients. I eould like a response with a date in which our awning is to be completed. Bo says it won't take 30 minutes to complete, so I would like a definite date. You put your little notation about attorneys fees if there are problems with payments, but remember you have our money for a job to be completed. I want it completed. I have left you several messages with no response from Bo. I have attorneys too.

    Business owner does not stand behind promises of sales personnel. Terrible customer service. Very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend Omar Awnings to anyone.

    Horrible Company!
    Poor communication, no knowledge of good installation practices. All about the money to them
