      Aqua Living Store in Beaverton was an awesome experience especially for me not knowing anything about hot tubs. **** at the site was great to work with and still is even after the sale. Our Dr Wellness tub is great so far too! We are very much enjoying.

      ***** from the Mesa store was great answered all of our questions. When we were picking out a spa. He texted me back when I texted him. He went beyond on customer service. Stayed late after he was off when we picked up the spa last night. I will make another review after we up pack it and set it up. Thanks again to ***** ***** *** ****

      the $600 upgrade price and a week and a half later still haven't received my tub! I was told I would get the number to the delivery driver. Still waiting for that along with my tub. At this point, I've requested my money back which they charged me 25% of what I put down AFTER the delivery team reached out saying they do NOT do installation, although I ASKED if installation was included with the 500 delivery fee! Upon calling other companies, regarding this fact, I was informed this is something they'd never heard of! Steer clear!

      Please reference the invoice and endorsed order confirmation agreement. You agreed to the cancellation terms. Directly referenced with the terms in your order verification is the backyard delivery link that advises: "Please note that our delivery agents are not licensed electricians and will not connect your spa for you, as insurance prohibits them from doing so. We highly recommend that you check the manual specific to your spa to confirm the necessary electrical requirements."

      We bought and ordered a swim spa in 2022. It was delivered on2/25/22 it was completely damaged and not what we ordered. We were told if we didn’t accept this exact Spa we wouldn’t get the Chiller system. The ONLY reason we bought from this company, as we live in Az. It was wrong color side panels, missing features we had ordered. When it was delivered it was so unbelievably damaged. It completely looked used. We were told that it went through “bad weather” on delivery and everything that was wrong would replaced and fixed ASAP. Within a days of filling up after delivery we already had to call for Maintenance. The maintenance that came out said they believed that this spa was used. The motherboard was completely burned out. The spa did not work and we needed to get a new mother board. We’ve had the spa for three years and we have been fighting with this company and the maintenance that they have sent to us. It’s taken years to get
      The color panels that we had purchased sent to us. They sent two different maintenance men to apply the new siding. It’s never been put on right it has huge gaps. It’s Boeing. The first maintenance people that applied the siding left an unbelievable mess in my yard and we were stuck with disposing of all the old panels. It never was completed.. It has never worked properly.. The heater has not worked in over a year and currently the chiller is not working. Which is the only reason we purchased this spa. We are currently being threatened with a lawsuit to pay for the Spa. It has been broken and damaged since day one not just externally, but internally this company has done nothing to respond to our several complaints and pictures to make things right. I have every single correspondence and pictures and have just asked them to please get this out of my yard. We are even willing to forfeit the thousands of dollars that we spent in a deposit and to have delivered. We have not had any responses.

      Unfortunately, the narrative presented is not an accurate representation of well documented events. The unit has been in use for over 3 years. The skirting panel and vent issues were resolved in May of 2023. When scheduling the most recent case from fall of the same year, repeated attempts to coordinate a service time went unanswered.  There was no contact for a year and a half as you enjoyed the unit, while completely ignoring the financial obligations you had knowingly entered in your contract. We are not infallible, but are always eager to make a situation right and stand by our products and warranty. Please reference the correspondence initiated by our Executive Assistant for next steps.

      Aqua living is a horrible company. It would take me forever to state everything that has gone wrong . I have continually asked to speak to a supervisor but they seem to have no interest in speaking with me . As of today I’m still waiting for a hot tub cover that fits my hot tub . I urge you not to do business with this company

      Got my tub delivered in May and it was damaged, then it was leaking water, they sent someone to fix the leak and now there’s an electrical issue, still can’t use my spa

      Was told shipment of tub 10-14 days. It has been 23 days and no hot tub, no e-mail and no phone call, on eta. Was told tub was in stock by corp. sale rep, when I purchased the tub. Local sales rep has canceled his phone number. If this is real business it is not a good business.

      After just a few years the materials are disenigrating. Reach out for help and got NOTHING. open a service request online and after a few weeks they simply closed it. Went to two different stores - Charlotte and Asheville- and got nowhere. They don't have anyone to service them. Very discouraging to have spent this money and and not get any help.

      The most recent sales order we were able to locate is from 2019. We do not have any online requests associated with the email you provided, but we do see where there was a case in 2023; the unit was out of labor warranty and we provided a list of local technicians. We are more than happy to honor the warranty as written, but will also offer any assistance we can. Please call customer service at 423-349-2900, option 6.
