      From the moment I walked into the showroom in Conroe I was treated warmly. After reviewing all the spa options with Margaret and bringing my wife in for a second look we chose the spa we wanted. It was delivered well ahead of schedule. The spot we chose to put the spa made the delivery very difficult, but Sean managed to complete it professionally and efficiently. It is now up and operating to our extreme satisfaction. There is a learning curve to consider and both Margaret and Marty have been quick to answer our questions about operating the spa. I would highly recommend Aqua Living Factory Outlets.

      I didn't receive a receipt for a week after purchase & the charges were much more than expected! Immediately I tried to get hold of them with no success. I tried every day for a month & would spend up to 4 hours on hold , then lost connection. Finally got hold of someone in a different city who found my order & referred me to the corporate office in TN, who referred me back to sales person. Again I tried for over a week to get hold of someone with no success. Finally when I did get through, the woman was having major surgery & wouldn't be available for at least 2 weeks. By then it was almost 2 months after purchase! I started to panic. In the meantime, 5 weeks after purchase, a hot tub was delivered... I asked to see it before 2 huge, gruff guys said there was no way to look at it until after they took it off the truck & unwrapped it. They dropped it off & left. This was not at all what I expected or thought I ordered. It is 2 times bigger than I thought & way too big for my small body, I couldn't sit in it if I wanted to & So many more problems! The cord won't reach anything & my hot tub guy said no way could I run it off a 110. it would take forever to warm up & cost me a fortune. So I decided to contest the charge. I feel taken advantage of (I'm a senior living on SSI) & I feel very deceived. Finally I got hold of the corporate office in TN told them my story & they said "Let me see what we can do" of course I've not heard anything back & they sent through the charges a few hours before I contested charges. Now I'm stuck with a tub I can't use & charged almost $5800 for a tub I thought was $3200. on a sale for Memorial Day & never got credit for the $1000 coupon I had ...Original price $4200. on their website

      We got a call on June 20th from Arizona saying our tub was ready to ship to hood river OR all we needed to do was pay the balance so my wife went down to our local store and paid 6000 cash and a month later it's still in Arizona they just called me today asking if we are going to pay so it can ship so I assume the local store to us has taking our money and not reported it to Arizona

      There was a delay in processing the cashier's check after it was received by corporate. We apologize for this. Your spa has been shipped and upon its arrival at the Hood River location, a representative will reach out to coordinate delivery.
