I have tried to contact and left messages at Toyota of Johnson City on August 28,29,31, Sep 5,8,9,16 18,19, and 20. I am trying to get the service plan for the truck I purchased changed to another location that is closer to me or my money back. No one ever calls back who can or will help.

Watch out for unnecessary services when JC Toyota service reps "upsale" unnecessary items for increased commission. Three months ago, the JC Toyota rep told me I needed new tires for $850 plus cost of an alignment. I went across the street to Tire Barn, where they ETHICALLY told me I didn't need new tires. Today the Toyota service rep told me I needed new tires. I went across the street to get them at Tire Barn, and they ETHICALLY told me I don't need new tires for another 10,000 to 15,000 miles. I called the Toyota Service Manager to tell him how bad this looks for JC Toyota Service, and he completely dismissed my concern. Sigh. Just be very careful. I go there because I think the mechanics know what they're doing with Toyotas but I may have to move on if the reps are going to continue to make these poor recommendations.

    Toyota's
Mission Statement: "To attract and attain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience in America." -This is on Toyota's website.
The guy who checked me in, lied about the depth of my tires in an effort to sell me over $900 in unnecessary tires. Explain to me how this aligns with your company's mission statement? It's so hard to find integrity in people. Within the past few years, my family has purchased 4 vehicles from Johnson City, Toyota. We are obviously repeat customers who deserve to be treated with respect.
How does this align with your Mission statement? It doesn't!
Ive had similar experiences in the past and I do not recommend this delarship at all.
