      Company doesn't take responsibility for their short comings, I order some parts for the hot tub, took longer than 10days for them to ship it out, even though they charge a premium of 15 dollars for shipping. took so long to arrive to the house that it crossed over into my vacation that was already planed months in advanced. I placed the order well in advance of my trip. 2 weeks in advanced- package got stolen. why charge such high shipping cost if you are going to sit on the order until you feel like sending it. please don't blame COVID as I was told on the phone. everyone else has gotten there act together and packages arrive with-in the 5 working days and at a cheaper shipping rate.
      Had to place another order for the parts, costing me double of what it should have spent to fix the hot tub.

      We purchased a $10k Catalina spa in February 7, 2022, the cash sale was a breeze. Delivered March 25, 2022, Delivery scratched the outside and was without step or filters that were included in the sale. Ordered step and filters from LPI. Noted the radio bezel was misaligned and the filters would not screw in properly as the manufactured inlet holes were installed too close together.
      I called numerous times to schedule a service and was told by LPI staff the issue was not a problem. When water bypasses the filters, it is a problem.
      Scheduled with technician who ghosted first appearance in June of 2022 and with second technician who came out in September of 2022. This second technician repaired the radio bezel, replaced the trim and he was told by LPI engineers that the manufactured problem might be resolved with different sized filters. We sent photos 3x to LPI who finally indicated a new set of filters would not work. August of 2023 the same technician came back out and indicated additional plumbing parts would be required to attempt a repair, and said candidly "this likely will not work but he would give it a try". Today we spoke with LPI who indicated they did not receive a work order/invoice for new parts rater they had a order for new 30Sq. Ft. filters - So they are replacing the existing filters with the same filters - this is not a repair solution! I spoke with the technician and he indicated the hot tub is not repairable in the field.
      Since our initial contact we have had case number 30249, Case number ***** *** ***** We want to express gratitude to Ms. *********, Ms. ******, and Mr. **** *for their concerned and professional handling of our issue thus far with the manufacturing defect. We certainly do not want a "jerry rigged" repair to the current situation yet believe the manufactured error should be corrected by the company as we did not purchase a Catalina spa with expectations of manufactured defects. If corrected, I will remove rvw.

      Re: Wrong Fold
      Spoke with Wholesale Spa Cover rep. prior to my order on May 4 2023, advised me to choose the “ 1” fold for my spa after numerous questions and discussion to him about the fold I wanted, just like my previous cover, short side to short side as my controls are on the short side and clips on corners..He assured me numerous times that “1” was what I needed. So on his expertise/ experience I went with his decision. Upon opening the box and removing the cover their was a problem, immediately seeing long side fold. Clips dont align and covers my control panel also, the fold on cover ( which is wrong, got advised from your so called CSR) has hiked up ends which restricts water run off on cover) Called your company and spoke with Scotty about the conversation above. He advised me since I placed order it was my misfortune, yet I received the wrong advise from your company rep. Wrong info I got from your company rep. that he told me to order. Your rep. is guilty for the wrong info he gave me. Dont feel I should take the blame/fault for misrepresentation I received.
      I feel this is totally unfair- have a cover that is incorrect due to your Company Representative lack of expertise on products he's selling. Spent my hard earned money for a new cover that should fit. The right thing to do, due to fault on your end is for me to receive the correct cover or refund my money and pick up the cover that Is useless to me..due to your representative bad advise.
      Will be sending this to all LPI affiliates, the BBB and Prestige Spa Covers. Seeking restitution on this matter quickly and with due diligence.

      This business sells their product in parking lots. Offers no local service stores at all. Biggest ripoff ever. Sales people are so rude too! Can't even use my jacuzzi anymore and I have MS!

      I have had the hot tub being serviced more than being used. From delivery it leaked every year it leaks. Ive replaced motors pumps etc. I also paid extra for more insulation that never happened. Service department never returns your calls or emails. I have paid $5000 out of pocket but now no service company in Minnesota will work on it since LPI owes them all $$ for past jobs. I just wanted a working hot tub and have been nothing but disappointed w LPI and Dr wellness.

      This company does not honor its warranties or stand by its products.Do not buy a spa from ******** or any of their companies: Aqua ******* Catalina ***** Dr. ********* Tuff Spas, Plug and Power ***** ****** Bay ***** Pinnacle Spas Hydro ***** Signature ***** EneverySaver Spa Equipment or Wholesale Spa Covers.I purchased a brand new spa from their TuffSpa line of products for ~$8,000. The molded spa cabinet had a manufacturing/design flaw, and water from rain and spa use was getting directly inside the spa, where all of the electrical components are. I filed a warranty claim a few weeks after receiving my spa, and the company refuses to do anything about it. The company will no longer respond to me, and I am now left with a completely broken spa that is less than 1.5 years old.

      So far, love the spa, but this was our first night in it since having it installed. However, why do salespersons feel the need to lie to make a sale if the product is good? We were told a couple of things that absolutely are not true.
      1. Just because your trash can fits thru your gate does not mean the spa will. We were told specifically that it would. Even the delivery person sighed in frustration over us being told this. He said, "I wish they wouldn't do that!"
      2. We were told by the salesman that with the model we bought we'd never have to use chemicals because of the mineral filter system. This appealed to my wife. However, again, not at all true!
      3. The delivery guy was nice enough, but the method of unloading off the truck and moving it to location is seriously antiquated and very disturbing to watch. They basically tilt it end over end off the truck bed until it's up on its side on a sort of flat piece of something with rope. It's not on wheels, just a sort of thin piece of plastic that they drag with rope. I even had to help to ensure the spa didn't fall over while they dragged it. What if it was my wife instead of me? What would they have done?
      4. When they dropped It into place, they didn't wipe the outside down in any way. It was filthy. Again, the salesman lied and said when it arrives it would be in pristine condition. No scratches or anything not true at all.
      If I based our review on these experiences, I'd say it wasn't a good one at all. Here's hoping the spa is actually as good as this lying salesman said it is.

      We bought our spa 3/2020 with lifetime warranty. There's now a I side crack on the mold and they refuse to honor the warranty because they were bought out but not the liabilities. So I get screwed, I will be contacting my attorney on this one.

      I have had several issues with the tub since i bought it. Working with the service team was challenging at times but they did not give up in their efforts to assist me with my issues. In the end they provided me with the parts I needed to make the necessary repairs. I also ordered parts of my own from energysaverspaequipment.com and also worked with Larry at LPI parts department to determine the correct parts. He was very helpful and when there were a few issues with the shipment with some damaged parts and a few that I order incorrectly myself, he made several calls to follow up, corrected the order at no expense and also replaced the damaged parts. He even made sure that the parts that I made the mistake on were replaced as well. The experience with LPI was frustrating at first but in the end they worked hard to bring me back around to a satisfied customer.
