    Called them yesterday a d they told me they could have someone here the next day.(Friday). Finally at 3:30 pm they called and said their techs were tied up the rest of the day. Their answer; (we can schedule you next week.) Poor business practices.

    Hi Mr. Coates,


    I do apologize we weren't able to get to you on the day you were initially scheduled for. I know it can be frustrating to move your schedule around like that. We do go out to each call in a fully-stocked van prepared to do the job at that very time from start to finish, so it is hard for us to know how long each job will take as we could be called out for something that sounds fairly simple, but ends up being a larger issue once our technician does their thorough evaluation of the problem and the client's whole plumbing system. This sometimes leads to us having to reschedule some appointments. We know what a valuable resource time is so we do try to find the happy medium between waiting long enough to be sure one of our other techs wouldn't be able to finish up sooner than expected in order to come out and get you taken care of that day and calling to let you know that we need to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. We do let you know when booking your appointment that we will always call before we send our technician and encourage you to go about your day as normal, so that you aren't waiting around on us and you can always meet us back at the home if you're not there when we call.


    Again, we do value your time and apologize we didn't get the opportunity to provide you with our award-winning service. We would be happy to get you back on the schedule ASAP if you'd like to give our office a call at 423-239-8361.

    How anyone other than this company's "Diamond Club" members and retirees use this service, is beyond me.
    Schedule an appointment, and have to wait a week for an appointment. That's fine. No big deal.
    Then.....wait a week, take off work and get a call at THE END OF THE DAY....saying they can't come out and need to schedule ANOTHER WEEK out.
    Excuse me????
    I have to wait another week, which will probably result in another delay or cancelation??
    I'm sure this service is great for retirees and "Diamond Club" members........but not for the working class......the very folks they try to represent on their commercials.
    (OH and they lady on phone pretty much said that of I wasn't a Diamond Club member, I was out of luck). Hilarious. And rude.
    Good luck in the future, when you need these folks as your customer base

    Had a plumber come out to install a pressure regulator in my home. They wanted $1,000.84 to do the job. Told me pressure regulators cost $500 for just the part. I can go buy one for $50 at home Depot. Then they preceded to tell me they have financing on prices over $1000. Funny how that worked out. I told them I wanted to shop around, and when they left they hit the side of my drive way and hit the stone wall with their truck messing it up and left tire tracks in my yard.

We are a licensed, insured, and bonded company to protect your most expensive asset, your home. You did mention price in your review and when providing top of the line premium services there is a cost that is involved in providing those service and because of this we realize that we may not be the plumber for everyone and every budget. This is why we always provide straightforward pricing upfront before we do any work allowing the homeowner to make an educated and informed decision based on their needs and their budget about the repairs or replacements they wish to proceed with, if any. With straightforward pricing we price per the job and not by time and materials. Our straightforward price includes all time, materials, and warranties that will not change at the end of the job regardless if it ended up taking longer to complete or more material was used than expected.

    In regards to your second concern, we do sincerely apologize for the tire marks in the yard and for hitting your landscaping stones. While I can assure you this was done with no ill intentions, we do expect our technicians to pay very close attention when operating our vehicles especially when navigating a tricky driveway or parking situation so we have discussed this again with all of our technicians as to prevent mishaps like this in the future. When we called you to apologize, we also offered to have someone come out to fix it because we stand behind everything we do, but were told that would not be necessary. We refunded the charge for us to come out and reached out once more to ensure you received your refund and did not hear back.
