    After communicating with management at Crawl space ninja we we’re able to come to an agreement and was fully satisfied with the outcome. They refunded me my full purchase price and waived the restocking fee and did not charge me shipping. They were ver gracious thank you !

    Purchased an order for $700 from crawl space ninja. There product came damaged and I decided to do away with the order all together because I now would lose time for my contractor to do the work. Crawl space ninja wanted to charge me with a 16%restocking fee and pay for my own shipping. Which would have cost me more in shipping than what I paid for my order. They finally said they would work with me and would charge me $150 for shipping plus 15% stocking fee. That’s not how you run a company very unprofessional I would strongly stay away from this business

    Knowledgeable and technically capable company. Very good. I am an architect with a technology degree and the owner has the ability to solve any crawl space problems. One quick conversation with the owner can answer any of your questions.

    Crawl Space Ninja came highly recommended by another company doing work for me after they saw the condition of my crawl space; an area I never go into. So, I set up an appointment for a quote with them and their competitor Dry Zone. After hearing what they wanted to do for me & looking into Dry Zone I cancelled that appointment with Dry Zone. It took about a month for the appointed day for work to commence and I was told it could take 2-3 days of work for completion. Crawl Space Ninja had it done in ONE day! They did an excellent job, I actually enjoyed going into my crawlspace to have a look around. I even brought my 4-yr old on an adventure to see how the work was done. Crawl Space Ninja sealed all exterior vents save one, installed a fan to blow outside, installed 2 new sump pumps, installed a dehumidifier that empties into one of the sump pumps, cleaned my ducting & replaced a torn one. Crawl Space Ninja did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone! 11/10!
