      Bought $11,000 worth of furniture at Bill Cox. 3 of the drawer pull handles on the bedroom suite have broken. I asked them to reimburse us for purchase of replacement pull handles. They said “no”. I’ll never buy another piece of furniture from these ****** thieves.

      Furniture was purchased in 2007 and all warranties have been fulfilled.  Drawer pulls are deemed a wearable part and are subsequently not covered by warranty with the manufacturer.  Even if parts were available through the manufacturer customer would still be responsible for the cost of parts and shipping due to warranty policies.

      Furniture pull handles are absolutely NOT a wearable part and do not meet the legal definition of “wearable parts”. The pull handles in question are of poor quality.. Aspen Home Furniture and Bill Cox Furniture both know this but continue to refuse to acknowledge this fact along with their negligence in manufacturing and selling defective products.
