    I was originally contracted with NCC roughly around mid June for RTS purposes and was told if I ever needed a release or requested a release this would be granted immediately no questions asked, they did not have any policies or standards for release besides doing during the AEP period that goes from Oct 15th - Dec 7th, during that time releases would be held until January 1st. I made sure to ask and verify, so if I request a release there are no fancy hoops for me to jump through, and I was re assured yes, granted without question. I signed with NCC around mid June, it was a multiple day process. I worked with a **** ********* during that time. After signing with the agency I was informed that the agency did not have all the tools I need to run my business that I was led to believe they had and requested a release, since requesting my release at the end of August I have been stonewalled this entire time. Now they are constantly making request to have individuals sign forms and complete the request and these forms have to be signed by your new FMO and so on, that was never the condition of my release when I signed on with them, but even when I fill out the form and return it with my own personal Agency listed on the form and myself signing it as the principle the Principle of NCC ****** ******* refuses to sign. After further review of online reviews this is a common occurrence with this origination. I was able to find multiple complaints all related to the same issue, this is a pattern

    I am rejecting this response because: You simply can  not get appointed with a carrier until you get a release from another, if you are intending to directly be appointed or by the means of a FMO, your previous FMO still has to release you, one can not happen with out the other, contracting paper work spells out that you need a release in order to contact. If you had to contract 1st, there would be no need for a release, you begin the process to contract and then request the release to finalize the contracting.
