      With a Customer Review Rating of 1, I believe that tells it all! I have been with Verizon since I started using Cell Phones. I always thought they had the best coverage but the purpose of this review has to do with Sales! Liars, what is new though! Sales will tell you what whatever to get your signature on the dotted line and with Verizon, its 2 years. Sales person Cory told me the IPhone 13 was free and my first thought was there is a catch! My first question was how much my bill would go up. He reviewed my account and you would think he would know how billing works. He said, "only $5 if you enable Auto pay. For a new phone, that sounded reasonable. I should have known there was a catch to it. So my bill really went up $30 and will AutoPay it is now $20 more. I would have never gone for it. I'm paying for the phone and in a 2 year contract! So don't fall for it unless you really need a new phone. I did not!!! And, I was totally happy with the plan I had for $30 less. It is just a sad world that everything is a scam and especially with big companies like VERIZON. Greed! Shame on any company that allows their SALESPERSONS to lie to customers. In my book, grounds for begin fired!!! You bet I will go to another company after this contract ends.

      Verizon cellular is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. I have been treated awful and they do not care.

      Beware. Do Not go here or the other stores that are 3rd party, authorized sellers, Cellular Sales. They are liars, scammers, and disorganized. Go to a Corporate location in Altamonte or down on Colonial, bestbuy, etc. I spoke to corporate Verizon who apologized and fixed my issues (tried to sneak sell me an unwanted product, scammed out of a 440 trade in until I called corporate, etc. Spoke to 4 different people who all told me different things, etc.)

      This is the same canned response they have given everyone else, along with myself on Google reviews. They clearly have no intention of engaging with customers or working on their behaviors, policies and procedures. Buyer Beware. Go straight to the source. The reps at the corporate Verizon store, just miles away, said they spend half their day fixing issues created by Cellular Sales. Sad for everyone involved. Please, do better.

      I canceled my service 5 days after I got it. That was within the time frame they said I could do it and not have to pay anything because I was trying to get service in a low signal area. They keep charging me and sending threatening emails that I owe money in reality I'm waiting on a credit. Verizon's help line starting with 866 then 266 completing with 1445 has useless people running the help desk. The store itself is beautiful but under staffed and has computer issues. Took me almost 2 hours to get a new hot spot activated. This isn't the first time Verizon has dragged me on for months. Last time I had to report them to the Ohio attorney general to get two accounts disconnected.

      I have a Verizon business plan with them about 6 months ago. When I get this plan the store work name dayaan told us all the equipments are free but later on they start sending a bill which is showing that you rent these equipment. So I go back to the store and ask them about my plan so they lying to me and said that it's okay after few months bills. It's end up hundreds and thousands of dollars bill so I call them so many times but it's didn't resolve yet. Please save me from biggest ripoff from Verizon
