      A shop for Goodwill was completed on 2/27/2025. My shop log shows I was paid on 5/14/2025, however I have not received payment via PayPal or by a check. My PayPal address has not changed. Over the course of almost three weeks, I have submitted two emails for assistance through the shop log “contact us” and also an email submitted on the company’s main page to request assistance. I have received no follow up.

      I performed three shops for this business in Sept 2024 and they did not pay any of them.

      This was paid the day the shopper made this complaint.  The shopper had emailed me a day prior to this, and I had not been able to respond to him that I would be sending his payment through.  He has shopped for me off and on for over a year, and so he knows that I do pay for the shops.  He sent this email due to me not responding immediately to his email and did not give me a chance to respond.  He has been paid, and has been deactivated from our data base so that he does not have to do shops for us any longer.  After I let him know that I was going to do that, he threatened to contact my clients as well.  Thanks, Trish

      I have been doing mystery shops for this company for a little bit more than a year and I always, like other complaints I have read, need to beg to get paid. I am owed for shops performed from September, October, November, and December. The terms of payment should make it that any jobs performed the month before should be paid by the middle of the following month. Every few months, I send a reminder or two and eventually get paid but it shouldn't be that way. This previous complaint from someone else almost is an identical complaint I have, except mine is for *******.

      I competed a mystery shop on ********* and still not gotten the $***** payment I am owed. I emailed the company on 12/6 and Trish responded that she would look into it the next day and send it through but I still have not gotten the payment.

      I completed 4 mystery shops for this company over the course of 3 months starting in June 2023. The company FAILED to make payments for the first three within their specified timeframe. Additionally, I had to practically beg for the payments due to me. Currently, I am owed ****** for a shop conducted in August 2023. After multiple attempts to be paid I have not received payment.

      I believe Mystery Shoppers Inc. and its president Trish ******* are intentionally posting mystery shopping jobs without intent to pay. I believe they are taking advantage of mystery shoppers (as you can see from other complaints) and not operating in good faith.

      I performed a mystery shop for this company. I have to beg each month to get paid, which is ridiculous! I have sent several emails concerning this shop and my scheduler Trish has not answered any of them. I just wish to be paid for this shop. After my payment is complete, I will be shutting down my shopper profile with this company. They owed me over $500, which I finally did get paid but I am over begging for money when I provide a service.

      The shoppers payment for the shop that she did was not due to be paid until now, she has been paid today which is in the time frame that we pay all of our shoppers for shops completed in July.  In the past we did owe her for some shops, and I let her know to follow up if she was ever missing anything.  This past month, she sent me complaints and threats if I did not pay her before the time frame of when a shop payment was due.  I responded to all of her emails to which she said she only got two of my replies but we have always paid in the same time frame.  I will deactivate her account today once the shop is paid.

      I completed three mystery shops for Mystery-Shoppers Inc with Trish as my scheduler contact. The date I completed and submitted these shops was 11/30/2022. According to their "terms" on the Sassie website, "MSI currently disburses a client's payment for any completed project at the end of the month following the month in which the project is completed." I am still waiting to receive payment as of April 11, 2023. My shop log shows payment pending. I have sent three emails to Trish regarding this; see the email trails below. She gave me two reasons payment had not been received and has not responded to one of the emails. The phone number I have for Trish is 800-424-0871

      I have sent multiple emails to Trish(my shopper contact) and Beverly(contact when I updated my shopper profile). I have heard nothing. I emailed concerned because I had yet to have been paid for a January shop. When looking back through my shopper log I noted many shops tagged as payment pending and had never received payment. The shops tagged as paid I didn't remember being paid for either so I did some investigation. I found that NO money had been sent through PayPal since MAY 2022. I also checked back on my shopper log to see that a couple more shops were tagged as paid but no payment received ex; Jan 2022 shop done and payment sent marked as July 2022-NOTHING received. I did these shops in good faith and the total money I am out is right around FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS along with the unanswered emails, no answer to phone call and one number disconnected. I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior by this company and not paying the shoppers that perform this service.

      I completed four shops for this company purchasing jewelry off of TV. My shops and my report was completely finalized and turned some time around dec/Jan.

      I have written Trish several emails with no reply. I would like to be paid for my shops!
