We needed some exterior painting. Mainly our back decks and house trimming along with cleaning and sealing the stone patio. They also power washed the concrete stone retaining wall on the back of our property. We were pleasantly surprised as to how well it was all done. The time schedule they gave us was followed. Their crew was very friendly, organized and cleaned up after them selves. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The painters assigned to my home were the best. Very professional and
paid attention to all the details. Plus, they knew how to communicate
with you their plans for the week and daily. I would hire them again in a heart

I’ve worked with this company many years now - they have painted 80 homes in our HOA, 20 or so at a time, and this year they were in the third phase of another four year project. In addition to painting, their carpenter crew has done an excellent job repairing wood trim, soffits, fascia boards, etc. From the top on down , they are professional, courteous, efficient, and their crews are all excellent. I would highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

Certa Pro painters were at our home early, got a sample of the color we wanted, picked up the paint and got right to work. They worked carefully by quickly and finished with a great job. They then cleaned up all the tape and paper they used to protect the non painted areas. We will certainly call them whe we need any additional workCertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

Certa Pro was very professional. The employees all showed up early, worked continuously, and kept me aware of any problems. They reviewed everything as a doublecheck of the required work. Damaged my hardwood floors in LR,DR, and kitchen, stripping off varnish when painters used tape on floors, to paper coverings. Their response turned icy when they were contacted about it. Done with them! I’m paying for their damage.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we have not been able to review any concerns in person. We had an appointment set with our sales person and production manager to review the concerns. This appointment was cancelled by the client. When our project manager tried to reschedule, the client declined to reschedule a time. Our VP of Residential Services also attempted to review and help address the concerns and was turned down as well. We take potential damage very seriously, and we stand behind the product we provide when given the opportunity. Hence the multiple offers to review and address. We are still happy to work with the client on reviewing and addressing any issues if she chooses to allow that.Review fromPH M
