Very happy with their professionalism throughout the process from beginning to end. They came back and touched up any of my concerns which is very important. Courteous while in the house. Real good experience.

5 starsBetter than expected experience!! You never know what will happen and I am always apprehensive about having strangers work on and around my home. But…..the gentlemen who worked here were professional and respectful of my property. From the prepping, to the pressure washing, to the scraping off of old paint , to the painting and then finally to the clean up everything went quickly and smoothly. I had a wonderful experience with CertaPro for painting/staining my fence. Amy *** was wonderful to work with and very knowledgable and personable. Everything went very smooth from start to finish and I received great communication from each person on the team from scheduling, the project manager, etc. The painters were very kind and considerate. Alexis and his crew did a great job in the two rooms they painted. Plus some restaining was done and some outside painting. They were very considerate and cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely call them again when needed.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee

The CertaPro team headed by Gerardo did a fantastic job. We had an old deck re-painted which involved getting the old paint off, some repairs and a drastic color change. They were so meticulous and thorough, took their time and did it right. The job included a pergola with wisteria and a dove nest with eggs - they did a great job on the pergola and were so careful not to disturb mama dove. They were also very courteous and friendly and great to deal with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee
