    ****** from Pipe Wrench Plumbing was professional, informative, and fixed our drain promptly and cleaned up afterwards. He was pleasant to deal with. Service was provided same morning that I called, relieving the inconvenience of not being able to use any of our toilets, showers, or laboratories over the weekend. Highly recommend.

    I am extremely disappointed in this company. We have used them several times over the years. Yesterday, our air conditioner went out. They quoted us $250 fee to come out after hours, which we declined. Leaving it off over night managed to get it working again so it was working all day, We still wanted them to come and look because we didn’t want it to go down again. They came out today and we paid ~ $300 for them to replace a part. Less than 2 hours later, we noticed it was getting hot again. Air conditioner has stopped working again. We called and they quoted us another $250 to come out again today. This tells me that they do not stand behind their work and just want to make a profit. We will give them another chance to fix the issue, but we will not be using them again and I will no longer recommend them to anyone.

    ***** ****y has been servicing my home HVAC unit for several years. I always ask for him when I book my seasonal checkups. Aaron is knowledgeable, skilled, VERY customer oriented… and I can count on him to be punctual to my service appointments. He’s a big reason I keep coming back to Pipe Wrench!
