    I think I was tricked I am 72 years old and was told the installation of my new tankless water heater would cost $400 to $600 and I was actually billed $1,630.43 for parts and labor. I just had a county inspection and they failed the inspection because the installation of the tankless water did not meet code. Since bad installation I have had to pay another company more than $3000.00 so the tankless water heater would work. Now I have to get the codes violations fixed. That means more money. After all this I found out that the only reason I had to get a new water heater was because my water pressure was too high because of a faulty pressure relief valve. That replacement was only $500.00. So the net result is we have a company that did not get a proper permit and did not install the water heater properly and failed to check the water pressure that resulted in over $6000.00 in cost. In addition I have called the company and requested to speak to the owner but they say he is too busy.
