  Don't buy here. There customer service is non existing..they don't return calls
  They don't tell the truth about the rv they are selling .
  Told us air conditioner in main area was strong. 2 weeks later it quit.rv had many issues we had to fix..water leaks
  I'm with the others that left reviews I wouldn't even give them a 1 but that's as low as scale is.
  The reviews you see are all good until you really search out reviews
  Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!!!

  I read some of the great reviews here and wonder what happened to my wife and I purchased a new 5th wheel late last year. I'm just getting around to doing this review because we are just now getting the camper fixed on our own by paying an outside company even though it is under warranty and has an expensive extended warranty. From the moment we got the unit home the problems started to pop up. The camper had no power and I tested that myself. The power converter was junk even though it was brand new. We found another one locally and paid $438 out of pocket. The refrigerator would not work. One of the window blinds fell out completely during transport. A roof vent wasn't sealed properly. The shower head wasn't even connected. The awning over the back deck doesn't open properly and was never fixed despite repeated requests. The camper was sent back to Buddy Gregg for repairs. After a full month I called again as I had been each week to check on the progress. The service manager's name is Jeremy and what he is good at is making excuses and lying. He told me they had wrecked the camper on their lot and it was in the body shop. I asked for photos of MY damaged camper and was told no photos were taken. We all know insurance wants photos and so do they. The refrigerator not working was blamed on Samsung but I didn't buy this from Samsung. I bought it from Buddy Gregg RV! Most calls to the service department started to go unreturned after I put the pressure on Jeremy. In conclusion to what could be a far longer review I simply asked for the body damage photos which I am entitled to. I asked for my $438 back for the converter or the old one to be returned so that I could get paid back by the warranty company. I asked for a copy of the entire work order showing what had been done which is standard practice. They replaced the refrigerator with a cheaper unit and didn't even ask first. I received NONE of these things I requested. One star is too much as they deserve none.

  ABSOLUTE JOKE!! If there is ANY way possible to give negative stars it would be right here, right now. I do not even have the words to express how MUCH of a joke they are. Myself, the RV dealership I purchased my RV from, and anyone else that knows of the DRAMA they caused can not believe they are even a business. The dealership I purchased my RV from has been around for a very long te and they have never had to deal with these idiots before. Of course, I had to be the one to put them through this torture.
  They refused to work on the issue that happened while we were traveling, they would not reason or answer or return ANY phone call between myself, the dealership, insurance, or the Forest River manufacturer themselves. We were also lied to throughout the process that would have been an easy fix that happened to us while traveling in NC but instead has resulted in 6 weeks (so far) and getting multiple parties involved. I would not send my worst enemy to this place much less recommend them. The service department was rude from the first call and absolutely worthless!! I have never had any thing be such a horrific ordeal, that has now resulted in hiring an attorney. If you want to purchase an RV, or have something done to your current RV, I beg you to go anywhere else, at least somewhere that cares and is respectful of you the customer!!

  Bad business. Backed out of a deal before terms were meet and my deposit was not refunding. Was told they would look into everything and never received any response. Returned to the dealer for an update and was told I would not be refunded. Poor business actions in my opinion.

  I was just on the phone with the part guy, trying to get a better price as they are 946.00 camping world was 756.00 and online was 599.00 I asked to meet in the middle of his price and camping work as they have it in stock. He had a smart ass comment about ok I will just give it away, then said his prices are fixed and can’t change. I started to say, then he hung up on me! What the heck. Bad bad business.

  We purchased a brand new travel trailer in May of 2022 we went on one trip with it when we found that the trailer was pulling sideways down the road. Dog legging I've heard it called. It has been a nightmare ever since. We dropped off our camper to them the first weekend of June it's now 8/24/2022 and said camper is still not fixed. We did go to pick up last weekend but upon arrival we saw several items had not been addressed. Trim on slides, a scratched and dented table, a flat tire with a nail in it that was listed that way as of June 8th on paper but wasn't fixed. But the most concerning was the fact that the tires were still out of square which would cause it to still pull sideways down the road. Our salesman Travis has been nothing but good to us. He can only do so much before things go to upper management. Did they try to make it right..yes but only if we traded for a fifth wheel that valued at 150K. We will not be recommending anyone else to this dealer nor will we be purchasing again as we had planned.
