    I had a terrible experience with American home builders starting from day 1. Signed a contract in July 2021 and work finally began in January 2022. Vinyl siding attachment to my home took 1 1/2 years to complete. The company has sent service repairmen at least 10 times to replace or reattach vinyl siding that apparently was incorrectly attached. Last summer several pieces of vinyl were dislodged in order to remove birds’ nest. Birds had entered the space between new siding and insulation by way of holes left near the roof line. If I had not insisted the openings be sealed, I would continue to have issues with birds and their excrement. Additionally the gutters had to be refitted because rain poured from the center of the expanse—not into the down spouts. Also, no protective aluminum was placed between the house frame and gutter which would have allowed rain to saturate the wood. I felt
    like I had to monitor all aspects of this project. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    The work grew did an excellent job on my siding. They were all polite and paid attention to any of my concerns. They made sure i was happy with everything before they left. Would recommend them completely.

    Conner **** came to my house and checked every window with me today. He was courteous and respectful. He gave me a great quote on my 3 windows that are fogging up in between the glass. I was very pleased.

    Chris did an excellent job on our new shower. He kept us informed on what he was doing and got our opinion on placement of grab bars, etc. Would recommend him to any of my friends.

    Installer was excellent. Professional and did a great job. He definitely knew what he was doing. Complete the job in one day. Did not make a mess.
