    Had windows and French door installed. The installation crew Jackie and his crew were awesome and answered all questions. Cleanup the area and all workers were friendly.

    American Home installed six replacement windows, The large picture window in the front room went bad with bubble leaks and they replaced it within o a few weeks. A few months later a return spring broke in a front window and that took about a month to replace the part. A few months later the same window spring broke again and I was told buy Wanda in the service department they were short staffed and it might take longer to fix it. I have repeatedly called over 6 months and have been given the sane response of short on repairmen. I must use a piece of wood to hold the window open every day. I believe American Home has no intention of fixing the problem and honoring the warranty. Buyer beware!
