      I took my daughter and 4 of her friends to see a movie for her birthday and less than 5 minutes into the movie, the ceiling tile above us split and moldy AC unit water came gushing down on us, so I got a manager. The manager suggested we move seats but there weren't enough seats anywhere else, so we stayed put and not ten minutes later it gushed again! I was furious, grabbed the kids and our stuff and went out to talk to another manager. Regal has offered me more tickets and is refusing to refund my money. I do not want more tickets; I want the $87 I WASTED on this movie that was supposed to be a birthday gift to my child. Up until this situation I was always happy with our experience at Regal, but this was handled with neglect, and I am beyond ashamed of Regal and our family will never go back. Be sure to ask where the AC unit is and don't sit under it!

      I wouldn't even give this movie a 1 star 0 would be much better for the theater in Winter Park, Florida the staff made my son with a disability feel so uncomfortable. While I was returning from the concession stand that took 20- 30 mint to get food I catch an employee approaching my son saying he needs to leave. I asked her did he do any thing wrong I apologize I was at the concession stands so long due to the line but my brother was here the entire time to monitor him. I asked her did she give him a warning or ask where his parent was to let the parent know there is an issue she said NO. I said do you think that was fair she said there are plenty of signs that say not to have a phone out. I said well he is a child with autism and sometimes his attention span inst where it should at all times and I apologize but did he make any noises she said He said 4 complaints. Its 10 min in to the movie so I said well don't you think it would have been appropriate if you ask for his parent or guardian on the first complaint and first and fore most he is 9 years old. She says he is a child he should be able to read? I said don't you think that kind of condescending to say about a child? She said No so I told her I will let the world know how you treat children with disabilities and May *** she never have any children with a disability because that was very traumatizing for my child. They called the police on me and expected for me to run no b/c I demanded a refund for the tickets and my food I wasted money on so NO I didn't run b/c I did nothing wrong and felt great public humiliation. I have a police report of the incident this is public records and embarrassing to be treat as such b/c of incompetence on proper protocols with children with a disability. It was PUBLIC HUMILATION and Traumatizing. Teach your employees to handle situations in an ethically better manner using passive disrespectful words is unacceptable. That young lady should be fired

      Tried to buy an unlimited gift card for my mother and they charged me twice and didn't give me the card!!! Now I don't have money in my account for food! Customer service LIES!! Repeatedly! They have no morals, disgusting.

      DO NOT under any circumstances sign up for the unlimited pass, it will not work most of the time and you can’t get refunded due to their terms of service. I am currently seeking counsel to start a class action lawsuit if consumers are paying a monthly fee for a service and it never works and the said consumer cannot get refunded in my opinion Regal Cinemas are scamming the public!

      We have almost $1000.00 in fraudulent charges from Regal - 2 different credit card numbers, we closed both accounts, ordered a 3rd credit card and they tried to put another charge through before we even received that card. Our credit card company is investigating….. how are they getting our new credit card numbers so quickly. All charges went through Knoxville, TN

      There should be a class action lawsuit against Regal Unlimited.
      The service works as intended, but if you ever decide that you would like to terminate your subscription, Regal makes it essentially impossible.
      First off, they intentionally make termination difficult by not allowing you to cancel your membership through their app or website, you have to email their customer service directly.
      Secondly, I have gone through this process THREE times now. Every time I have received a response that my subscription has been terminated and there will be no further payments. Every time the month rolls over and Regal charges me $23.09 yet again. This happened again yesterday!
      Regal should be investigated for fraud and/or theft in addition to dishonest and misleading business practices in my opinion.
      Everywhere you look online, people are reporting similar experiences. I wish I saw these reviews before I ever signed up. I would be remiss if I did not add my experience to hopefully save someone else from having their money stolen.

      - late shows are definitely a NO GO
      - NO hot food to order for kids or family
      - staff shuts down kitchen so they can leave
      - rude individuals as if customers are borthering them to for fill a order
      - fully displays the marquee for a full menu, will only sell candy, popcorn, sodas
      (My kids wanted pizzas and pretzels, my wife wanted nachos, and I wanted pickles) we did not eat anything but Sward Fish and chocolate covered peanuts.
      - conssion stand apparently closes at 9:20 pm, when the last movie was at 8:55 pm
      - 2 STAR rating is because this is a childhood theater and the seating was comfortable

      bought tickets to see the new Beetlejuice movie for 09/14/24 at the Edwards theater in Nampa Idaho at 7 pm. Long story short , we were constantly interrupted by a group of unsupervised teenage girls. Half way through the movie I asked an usher if there was anything she could do to help us make the situation better. She directed me to the manager who I’m told did a loop around the seats and made it obvious he was watching, when he went in however the two girls who were making the most noise followed me out of the theater so the manager didn’t witness any of their actions. The second complaint we raised my companion told the manager that the group of girls were still making noise and being disruptive. A security guard came into the theater with the manager and came up to my group and told us he would permanently trespass us if there was one more complaint from the row.
      Unfortunatly after that I began to cry and could not enjoy the rest of my movie with my companion who was equally upset.

      Why is it I have to pay to get in the Gods not dead movie. I have paid for the unlimited but now I have to pay. I can’t help it that things changed. I paid for a service and it’s not being followed. They don’t have anyone scanning tickets you have to wait in line at concessions just to scan your QR code. Unlimited should mean unlimited not on select movies

      Got tickets for the first night a movie was playing. The limited edition merch that the website doesn’t show as available until the movie is running had been brought out and sold out a week before. The ticket price was atrocious and then to not even have the option to purchase merch because they sold it before the movie was even playing and the website makes no mention of that as a possibility. Their customer service emailed back ignoring the message I sent and just stated they hoped my next experience was nice. Just so disappointing and won’t go to them in the future
