      Contact support about regal unlimited charging me for the last 5 months even though i cancelled. I have been going to the movies and paying normal prices. They said I did not cancel, and that even though the account shows I have not been using it, they will not provide any sort of refund, because it's clearly stated online. Terrible customer service, and the theater was average at best. They said they care about our patronage, that's a lie. Very terrible, I will not be going to Regal anytime soon, I will also be recommending my friends and family to stay away from regal.

      Regal Cinemas Mall of GA Buford
      Rude manager kicked us out because we wanted to stay on our paid seats.
      I had purchased our tickets through Fandango. My son and I arrived at the theater on time and were granted entry. However, shortly after the movie began, we were approached by the theater manager and asked to change our seats.
      I informed the manager that I had purchased those seats and showed him my digital tickets so I wanted to stay on our seats. The manager said it didn't matter and called security which escorted us into the hallway. We were utterly taken aback and bewildered by this turn of events. In the hallway I again reminded the manager that I had purchased those seats and was being moved for seemingly no reason. The manager was very disrespectful to my son and me. After informing the manager that I have a medical disability and that he can not behave like that, he called the police to escort us out of the theater .
      This was particularly distressing for my son, who was excited about seeing the movie and was left confused and upset by the sudden removal.

      Regal Unlimited refuses to do anything for us even though we have had a consistently poor experience.
      They never checked my tickets on the 3 occasions we went
      The service was bad, even though there were employees available there were lines and I was late to the movie
      They turned the lights on 10 minutes before the end of the movie.

      Regal Cinema in Roanoke Va has possibly the worst service I’ve seen. Showtime listed for movie was listed incorrectly by about half an hour. All food prep machines down simultaneously (what are the odds?? ??). Previews louder than actual movie. Messy restrooms and lobby. And yet it still cost $60 for 2 people to see one movie. Two stars only because the movie was good at least but that had nothing to do with the theater.

      With respect to Regal Unlimited Membership, I notified Regal of aberrant charges for an account that was supposed to be closed. I also updated my account to remove my credit card information and contacted my credit card provider to dispute and change my credit card number to prevent future problems. The next month Regal found a way to charge my new credit card another monthly fee. They have made no offer to refund the money despite my timely notification of the aberrant charges on multiple occasions and clear membership history showing that I have not been using the account.

      I canceled my Unlimited membership months ago but Regal continued to charge my credit card and now refuses to refund those monies. Be very careful!

      Regal Cinema (Ballston Quarter) air conditioning was broken for the entire duration of our screening in 85 degree weather with average 89% humidity. I requested a full refund from corporate customer service and was informed that the policy is an expectation that customers leave the movie within the first 20 minutes of the screening in order to receive a full refund. We were not made aware of this by staff at the specific Regal location and were told that the best they could do is offer us movie passes. I do not live close to the theater and will likely not return, so a movie pass does me no good. Regal should better communicate this policy to customers at its specific locations and ensure staff make customers aware of this requirement for receiving a full refund. In the alternative, Regal should provide full refunds in instances where this policy is not communicated to patrons. Very disappointed in my experience.

      Over my life I have spent countless time and money within your establishment. However due to a car accident and a detour my family and I arrived to the theater late. Our tickets were paid for and we drove 30min just to arrive. The doors were locked we stood out in the cold for 20min knocking and waving and were IGNORED INTENTIONALLY! Not a single ounce of customer service was given. We had to call Greenwood Indiana Regal just to have them acknowledge us being outside waiting and they intentionally would NOT EVEN turn their back as we told them we were outside and would still like to watch our movie or receive a refund. They told us NO and NO
      1. Come back tomorrow
      - why would I waste my time to come back tomorrow if we are here now. They sad it was for security reasons. Then I asked could someone just slide it through the door. Then they said NO bc they had apparently shut their computers off and would have to print the voucher. LIE AFTER LIE! they never wanted to help. INTENTIONALLY ignored us, wouldn't help, lied and refused service to a paying customer
      I REFUSE, to EVER support this establishment or any regal ever again!!! My family will never spend a dime with you because your management team has zero customer service, conflict resolution, or simple understanding. I will be flagging this transaction and also filling a report with the BBB
      Bc your management also encouraged other staff members to ignore my family. At this point it's ****** *************n and a terrible customer service Experience overall. I'm appalled and disgusted
