      The shower filter cracked my shower head, even though their website specifically says that the shower filter will fit on any shower head. I reached out to customer service and they took no accountability. I posted a review of this experience and Hydroviv must have deleted the review because it does not appear on the page. I am so disappointed in their dishonesty, and that I trusted the reviews and a clearly inflated average review score. After returning this item, I'll be out the cost of a new shower head to replace mine that broke, a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping charges. I am contemplating disputing the charge.

      While we are very sorry to hear that this has happened, it is in no way related to the product being inadequate. By reviewing the images sent in by the customer, it appears the product was installed incorrectly by being overtightened onto a plastic/non-metal shower head. This is unfortunate, but not the fault of the system itself which seems to be fully functional. The item, although fully functional, is still eligible for return as indicated in the return instructions sent to the customer.

      Zero customer service. Impossible to get ahold via phone which tells you to utilize thier email or chat feature, but has been nothing but crickets since sending out 3 emails and no one responds via chat system. I have been trying to return a product. You have 30 days to do so, but I have been trying to reach out for the last week, still waiting to hear back from anyone...

      This customer contacted our support team late Friday afternoon, after our support team had closed for the day to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend with their families. A support representative reached out first thing Monday morning and assisted with a return.

      False advertising. This is specifically for their shower filter. They Advertise that their shower filters are customized for your home water, However, it's not the case and I only found out by reaching out to customer service. If you looking for customization like they advertise for this product you will not receive it. They also have deleted my review on their website solidifying they do not care to tell the costumers the true product they will receive. Customer service seems to be un-phased by the discrepancies and just processed a refund for the product once it arrives back at their facility. To be clear I have not even received the product yet but I won't be getting what they advertised when I purchased it so I have no interest in using their product and doing business with a company that is deceiving customers.

      We only advertise that our drinking water systems are customized for the customer's water, not the shower filters. Our customer support team is trained to let people know, if they ask, that the shower filter uses a more broad formulation that works on most homes' water. Of course, we have a 30-day return policy for customers who are unsatisfied with our products for any reason. Because Ms. Gately decided to return the product before receiving it, she is not a customer and her review is treated accordingly.

      My Review is not on the product it's on the information provided to consumers as was stated in my review. I purchased the product, my purchase was processed and sent to me, I'm not sure how that does not make me a customer. I chose to return the product without opening it because the site information is misleading. When on Hydroviv site viewing the shower filter https://www.hydroviv.com/products/hydroviv-clearrain-shower-filter in the FAQ section it states "How Do Your Water Nerds Optimize a Filter Specifically For Me?
      Our "Water Nerds" analyze water quality data from local, county, state, and federal databases to help determine present contaminants in your drinking water. Using your shipping address, we're able to assemble a filter based on what we find. If you're on a private well, we use the USGS groundwater database, source water assessments, and land use data."
      This is misleading customers into buying a product they will not receive, along with this information being provided on the shower filters page, there is no definitive information provided that it is for certain products, only that the "filter" is assembled.
