    A claim for a non-working air conditioning heater was filed with home warranty company, American Home Shield in December 2022. A technician from American Home Shield contractor, Round the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning was dispatched and diagnosed the problem with the heater. A part was ordered and after obtaining the part, Round the Clock Heating and
    Air Conditioning failed on two consecutive weeks to honor the appointment given to me (the customer). Attempts to call Round the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning resulted in ongoing routing to voicemail with never a return
    telephone call. American Home Shield has been notified of this problem multiple times. I have been in the Smoky Mountain winter without heat for over a month and Round the Clock Heating and Cooling will not answer a telephone call nor return my messages . As of the time of this filing, the repair has yet to be made nor is a resolution in sight.
