    I used Round the Clock Heating and Cooling in Aug. 2024 for an a/c issue I had with my outside unit. Andrew came out and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and installed it the next day. Two days total on that repair. No issues with that repair. So my heating went out on Dec. 7 24. I called Andrew on Dec. 9 24 and left a message. Never received a call back so I called again the next day and left another message. Never received a call back for a second time. Luckily we were having some mild weather , so it wasn't as bad as it could've been outside. But just a call back to let me know what was going on would've been nice so I could've called another heating and air company to come out. Not good business as far as I'm concerned.
