    I purchased a truck that was supposed to be road ready. Upon leaving the office I noticed the truck had a noticeable shake. Something that should have been notice during the inspection it had prior to me purchasing. Needless to say I had to stay in a hotel for five days waiting for the truck to be repaired under the impression they would push back my first payment & or reimburse me by using the hotel expense as a first payment. Let’s just say that didn’t happen. When I sent my receipts over they then said they would take it off the back end as if that’s a help to someone who just spent unnecessary money plus down town when it could have been avoided if the truck was road ready. I went into this deal thinking highly of this company but my experience has changed that. I only picked 1 star because I had to.

    This company asked for $2K to hold a truck that was still in detail shop, It had not hit the floor for sale. The following day I advised I would not be able to move forward due to finances. No service was rendered by them, no exchange of goods, or notification of that supposed policy, etc…. but they refused to return my money. Absolute greed and bad business practices are what they demonstrated. Beware of you decide to do business with this company.

    I purchased my truck late April by the 3rd week of may I experienced every problem you can think of and they claim they was push back payments for me but yet only 1 week what the **** is that going to do than on top of that it says you can pay monthly or weekly why can’t I choose how I wanna pay !? The warranty for the truck is 20/80deal barely cover the main issues the truck been in out the shop since I had it now it going back in for transmission, than they got the nerve to tell me they don’t do swap out and I done kicked out more for this truck than I can save yet they claim they trying help me out but still pressing bout a payment yall have to do better

    I have contacted this company in regards to receiving a receipt from a transaction. However, I have not received a receipt from this company. All the lady told me that one of their customer used my credit card to make a down payment on his truck for 8000.00.
    I'm still waiting to see a receipt for this transaction. By the way the credit card was not presented at time of the sale. I'm the owner of this account. I have never reported this card lost or stolen.
    I'm assuming this business just wanted to make a sale regardless to whom was the owner of this account.
